    The first thing to say about staying at YVR is don’t: if you can overnight anywhere else close by; Seattle, Calgary, Kelowna for example, you’ll do much better. (Victoria not so much because the airport is so far even from Sidney) If you must stay overnight here then this is as good as you can do. Convenient, clean, good room with desk and nice bed. The second floor views can be dismal so ask for a high floor. As close to the airport as you can get unless you spend $500 at the ultra convenience in airport Fairmont. Has a good free shuttle. The bonus is a white spot restaurant, which is a BC chain so you can get decent food at local prices rather than the rubbish food at inflated prices which is the norm in many hotels. I always stay here when I’m at YYC, which is often, unfortunately for me.

    We only stayed a few hours to sleep during a stop over. Shuttle worked great and staff were very friendly. I will look here again if I have the same need in the future. Room was freezing cold when we arrived and I had to get assistance to turn off AC(look under black cover).

    The place is very accessible, room is clean however there was no water heater in my room and the water was ice cold.

    We found out some black spots and blood stain on the bedsheet. Cleanliness to be improved
