Location was very convenient, being 5 mins from the airport plus the hotel offers free transport to the airport every 30 minutes! Front counter staff were lovely and upgraded us just out of kindness, thank you for that :)
Coffee and tea were provided in the room but with no utensils to make anything, wasn’t a big issue though as front desk gave us some.

The reception staff were nice. Room was big and good bed
The shuttle drivers were both cranky and unfriendly . The evening driver even complained about “picking people up at the airport “and that he was “sore”

It is ok, room is a little bit small
The shuttle service is bad, I have to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle and the bus driver is so rude and no matter, it is an old guy, he asked me what is the address even I told him that is the hotel I am going to which I never been asked in Vancouver when I stayed I other hotel. But the next day morning the other diver is nice
