The customer service was excellent, and the staff were very accommodating. I also appreciated having a coffee machine, as well as a computer and printer, available in the lobby.

Price was £61pn which was reasonable and the primary attraction. White Spot attached is convenient and food adequate.
Noise from adjacent Motorways was horrendous. Poor single framed metal windows did little to dampen.
Parking is at the rear of the hotel but there are four turns before you reach it and only two are signposted. Access to the car park from the road isn’t signposted. Only once you’re IN the labyrinth does the signage start. It’s a mess.
Parking is $15 and some man walks around constantly looking for people. Unlike Europe you’re required to stick bits of paper on the dash rather than electric ANPR.
Gym was largely forgotten and bench falling apart and untrustworthy.

I was given an upgrade to Executive floor. To a very quiet room. I really very much appreciated this. That is probably what made my stay do good. Including the steack and eggs breakfast at White Spot.

Sound insulation is virtually zero, the hotel smells strange, like it was once a smoking area and that was changed, but that smell lingers for years. Aircon was really loud.

If you have heavy bags, moving to parking and back is not very easy. It involves some 8 - 10 steps. So keep that in mind.

There was hair in the tub and on the floor of the bathroom, indicating that cleanliness wasn't a priority.
Desk staff was not helpful, would not print a receipt for the deposit they demanded, nor for the full amount paid.

Our first room had a very bad smell, they changed our room however the air-conditioner was so noisy we had to turn it off & open the windows for some fresh air. The senior staff at check in must be related to someone coz he was rude & abrupt to us and his fellow staff

Good location close to airport
Picked this hotel for proximity to airport, free shuttle, and BW points.
Airport shuttle was unreliable in both directions. Waited 45 minutes at the airport for a shuttle that never arrived. Called the hotel as directed but no one picked up for 20 minutes. So we finally took a taxi. Shuttle from hotel to airport departed 20 minutes later than scheduled.
Tried to eat at the hotel restaurant. We were seated but there was no server. We ended up leaving without being served or acknowledged.
Two outlets in the room were not operable.
Front desk seemed unconcerned about any of these issues.
Also, we were advised that because we booked through a third party, we were not entitled to BW points.

Great Location for Airport Hotel - about 10/15min free shuttle from airport to hotel. Hotel is located on the No 10 Bus Route which goes to downtown by waterfront (about 40 mins), so easy to get downtown and explore Vancouver.

Location and shuttle service to the airport for early morning flight. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and room was quiet.
Tried to confirm booking earlier on the date of check-in. I couldn’t find my confirmation information. The hotel was not able to find our reservation in their system and did not have another room available. After much distress I was able to find the reservation in the Booking app. After which, we were able to confirm that we had a room for the night.

Check in was 4. Didn't hp have a room for us. Told me they would call as soon as it was ready. At 5:30 I went back as we needed a room to change to go to dinner and a concert. Never receiving a call from front desk. No clients when I went back. Asked nicelywhy I hadn't received a call and needed a room. She curtly informed me she was busy. All I needed was a little professional courtesy, I would of let it go. I was upset so I asked if they could wave the 15 dollar parking fee. Her reply "absolutely Not"
I honestly do not care about the parking it was her attitude. Will not be staying there again.

We arrived at 8 am from our cruise via a good priced taxi, and waited there for our friends to pick us up at 10. The personnel found my reservation, stored our luggage & let us help ourselves to a variety of coffee & tea. We sat on couches in the lobby. We left until check in at 4, happily got comfy in our room, then ate in the adjoining restaurant. We only wished that we knew that there was a Happy Hour for drinks and some foods before. We'd just missed it. We slept & showered fine. We could have made coffee in our room, but I went to the lobby for the fancy stuff. The shuttle was on time & the airport was wonderful, with a reasonably priced Tim Hortons.
We were next to the highway, but on 3rd floor. There were a few noisy cars, but it wasn't too bad.

I do NOT recommend staying in this hotel. After checking into my room I lay on the bed and realised I could actively smell that the sheets had been slept in before - I then checked the full bed to find lipstick stains and other big cream/yellow stains that smelled disgusting. I went to tell reception and request an immediate sheet change, which was met with no apology but a promise that the cleaners would go and change the sheets. I left for dinner and came back to the room an HOUR later to find that the sheets still hadn’t been changed. When I returned to reception to ask what was going on, the same member of staff told me that cleaners “couldn’t find any stains” and so had left a few sheets on the side so I could change the bed myself “if I wanted”. When I said the member of staff could come and see and smell the sheets himself he moved me to another room. While there were no clear stains on those sheets, I could also smell that they’d been slept in.
I’ve stayed in numerous hotels over my life and know that, as an absolute minimum, sheets will be bleached and washed on the highest heat between visits and never have the musty smell of body odours. The problem for me wasn’t so much discovering dirty sheets; it was the atrocious response from the staff. No apology, gaslighting me that “there were no stains”, telling me I could change the sheets myself, and no offer of discount or otherwise to compensate for the situation.
