• The neighborhood was very quiet & beautiful with plenty of parking on the street. It felt safe.
• Joanne responded quickly & kindly to our questions & allowed us to arrive early.
• We left early each morning so we missed her home made breakfasts. She provided us with a continental breakfast (an option listed on the site) with yummy fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese & jam.
• Our room was comfy and cozy with plenty of blankets, closet space, & a private bathroom.
• The backyard is lovely & quiet if you want some peaceful outdoor time.
***This is the 3rd year in a row that we’ve stayed in Joanne’s beautiful home. We’ll be back!

House on Dunbar B&B was fantastic. The host was lovely and made us breakfast and coffee every morning! We had the room at the top of the house, which was private and quiet with a large bathroom. We stayed at another B&B at the end of our trip and it was terrible, we left after 1 night. You can't go wrong with this booking. Thanks again, we will be back :)

We greatly appreciated the excellent breakfasts served by the land lady. She's a wonderful woman who helped us with some good ideas of what to see around the city. The whole backyard was available for us. Very friendly and calm neighbourhood, away from main roads, but short, 5 min. walking distance from the public transportation. Our bed linen was replaced and room cleaned half way through our stay, just after 4 days or so. We highly recommend the House on Dunbar 🥰
