Great location (easy train from airport but can get a bit noisy) with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff. However, other guests were having access card issues which slowed down the check-in process. Room was okay except the bed was too large for the bedroom so the door couldn’t close which defeated the purpose of paying for a separate room; duvet was too warm even with all the windows open in November. Single-use toiletries rather than refillable made the unit less eco-friendly and the shower curtain smelled mouldy. Balcony wasn’t private.

Really nice accommodations. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Can't beat the location for access to food and entertainment. My only suggestion would be that they update their mattress to a hybrid. It was too bouncy for my taste.

The staff were amazing--friendly, helpful, fast! The recommended a stellar sushi restaurant. It was a clean and beautiful property. Aside from the fact that are a couple "unsavory" looking establishments across the road, the hotel is in an excellent location--just a couple blocks to Davie Street (which is full of pubs/eateries and leads to Stanley Park). It's also close to shopping on Granville.

The apartment was fantastic - everything you need, well maintained and very well appointed. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We didn't have time to use the gym but that also looked excellent. There's a great local shop so it's easy to get food to cook. It's a 20min walk to Canada Place. Staff at Level were great and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend this.

Was not impressed by service. Attempted to reach hotel staff on two occasions - texted and called and received no answers. Only one elevator was working and had to wait 20 minutes for it. When we were leaving - the people picking up the towels for cleaning had parked their truck in front of the exit and had multiple containers across the exit so we had to wait. Definitely not worth the price

Flew to Vancouver to see an event at Roger’s Arena…my partner and I, required a room close to downtown, clean, had a balcony, looking out to other hi end hi rises with trees everywhere!! Fully ready kitchenette, coffee maker, fridge and freezer and a safe…A large closet to hang clothes, rather than leaving clothes in bags. Housecoat’s supplied for pool and spa time! Everything we needed, was available to us…was pleasantly surprised that there was a washer and dryer in suite!! Very Convenient! Also, parking (which is important, in downtown Vancouver!) Staff was very friendly and helpful! I wish check out time was 11:00 am and check in at 3:00 pm, as we had to rush to be out of the room and also, we flew in to Vancouver & we had to wait for our room for a couple of hours…that was the only inconvenience! High end shopping and wonderful eateries, Gaston within walking distance, if not handicapped! Security in the bldg was very good…everyone needed a fob card, to enter bldg and to use elevators…so there were no worries about leaving possessions in the room or in the parkade, while out and about! I feel the price was reasonable, as it was a package and included our flights, & for the quality of the rims and the location, I feel it was an excellent price! Would definitely, return and stay at The Level, next time I visit Vancouver!

Love staying at Level, I’m just hopeful they keep up on maintenance over time. Notices warped and molded wood underneath the sink. A lot of the lightbulbs were burnt out. Stained carpet. Warped floor paneling. They also upgraded our stay to a two room suite but that had a double bed in one room and two twins pushed together in the other room. A bit odd. Love the hotel, and the ability to basically rent a small apartment, but just hopeful they keep it up long term.

Spacious clean suite. No usb connection to charge your phone so bring a plug adapter. In suite laundry and stocked kitchen available with Keurig coffeemaker. A few breakfast spots nearby. Pool only open 10am to 10pm so no chance to use it after our evening concert or in the morning.
