The metallic bed bunks were loud and the lockers difficult to lock

The location was pretty convenient, and the facilities were super new and clean. Fast Wi-Fi, free breakfast and free towels. Shower rooms have shampoo and body wash.
It can get a bit noisy depending on where your room is as the hotel is located in a pretty busy street in downtown Vancouver.

For a hostel, it's very nice. Clean, comfortable. The staff were nice enough. Rooms were fine. I stayed in a 4 bed bunk.
Unfortunately do not expect a good nights sleep as it is on one of the busiest party streets in Vancouver. My fault for not checking. The windows are only single glazed / have a hole in them for ventilation. As a result, you can hear all the drunk people, police sirens and general chaos going on outside.
