Our room was dirty. Other peoples hair in the bathroom. Bath/shower didn’t drain. No toilet paper in our room. No complimentary shower cap, makeup remover or other little items most hotels provide guests. Drive way and parking lot was an ice rink.. dangerous. Wasn’t maintained.

Pleasantly surprised

Location was great and easy to get to. Staff were wonderful, there were food options on site, but I ordered in. Large room, included a sofa by the window.n Could see the fireworks from my room which was a pleasant surprise. Not the greatest view since it is back from the falls, so you see parking lots and other buildings but just ignore those and it's beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. On site paid parking. I have stayed at about 10 different hotels in this area and I would definitely stay here again.

May seem trivial but there is an incline walking from the parking lot to the entrance. Would have been difficult for my husband who walked with a walker. Price is high but a little better than the actual fallsview area. Expect to pay more at any of the hotels in this area.

My wife has a fear of elevators and heights. We asked for a lower floor months ago when I booked. The excuse for putting us on the 11th floor is that the hockeys teams got the lower floors, and we went to our floor which was full of hockey teams as well. Poor excuse and job done by the staff to accommodate.

Beautiful hotel, very nice accomadatioins with a fantastic view of the fireworks over the falls!

The view was absolutely beautiful! we were on the 19th floor and the fireworks over the falls were breathtaking from our room. The room was extremely clean and was inviting when walking in.

The sheets on the beds felt like they had been starched. We were also out of body gel for the shower. We received a text from the service desk asking us how our room was, I reported these, and they said they would take care of it. Neither was. We had to call to get gel and if they did change sheets, they were still very stiff and uncomfortable.

There's a nice view, but not fabulous. I could see the Niagara river from a corner. 10 min walk to the river n Fall, not too far. Every room has a view overlooking the Skylon n park, n river. Clean n comfortable room.

Parking is expensive. Close to $40 after tax for 1 night.

The hotel itself was lovely — great location, comfortable rooms, and nice amenities like the pool area. However, I was less than impressed with the check-in experience and front desk staff. We arrived at 11 AM, completed the paperwork, and left our bags. I confirmed that check-in was at 4 PM, but was told it’s typically 3:30 PM and that rooms are often ready a bit earlier. When we returned at 4:10 PM, we were told only one of our two rooms was ready. The other, we were told, would be about 15 minutes, and to return to the front desk for keys then. We went up to the ready room and saw housekeeping nearby. About 15 minutes later, housekeeping actually let us know the second room was finished, so we headed back down. Unfortunately, the front desk said the room wasn’t yet showing as ready in their system and asked us to wait another 10 minutes. That same message — “just another 10 minutes” — continued until 5:15 PM. I completely understand that delays happen and don’t mind waiting when rooms aren’t ready. What was frustrating was the lack of clear communication and the dismissive attitude from the front desk team. Had we been told at 4 PM that it would be over an hour, we could have used that time to relax at the pool or further explore the area instead of waiting around. That said, I do want to recognize Benny, who was exceptional. He helped us with our bags, gave great local recommendations, and was genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay.
