Everything was wonderful!!Peaceful. The view from the window was more than what I could imagine. The pool and jaquzzi were a bonus. I love the convince of the mall, and gift shops. The customer service from all staff was more helpful, and friendly. I would love to go back to this hotel. I recommend this hotel to all.

The view was great; we really enjoyed that. Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. It was also very quiet.
The check in process was terrible. When we arrived, there were approximately 50 other people waiting to check in. Hilton should consider adopting online check in. We were in the South Tower and the elevators took a very long time (we waited for 15 minutes for one to arrived when we were attempting to leave our floor and check out). The infinity swimming pool was not clean (there were band-aids, a bottle cap etc. in the run-off). Finally, we went to dinner at Corsa and our main dishes were terrible (and very expensive).
