Room was not what I would consider 4 star. Had no hot water for one entire day, non working toilet for another entire day. When hot water was turned on in shower the entire bathroom rattled and shook loudly.

Not a lot. US falls view is only about 5% of the total window and right at the corner, feels like a money grab. Theres no microwave in the room, service is poor, no change rooms near pool. Overall not worth it at all

Hooked to the casino so easy to get to the concert.

Infinite pool needs cleaning around edges at window. Rusty which represents unkept and dirty. Room with view of both falls has a hotel in between that you look at the back of it. It obstructs the view up the upper river. Pay lots of money to look at the back of the fallsview hotel. Room service for breakfast cannot be ordered the night before. Must order it the same day. This is inconvenient. Rooms are dated. Fitness area the elevators were broken between the floors and the doors were locked in the stair cases and signage is poor in this area abou Where to go for fitness Center etc. ended up on the 14th floor in the rooms area looking for a way out with elevator. Only elevators are service ones. The decor on this floor looks original like you stepped back into the 1980s. Shower door could not open. Had to call maintenance. Over priced and run down. Will not return. Especially with the broken up view. We have stayed in others hotel chains with views and they were much much better.

The location to the casino and the the enclosed walkways made going out of the room much more convenient. Pool area was nice. You do have to book a time slot though.

The room was advertised as US/Canada Falls view; however, our room only had a corner window view of the Canadian Falls so we were not able to see the nightly fireworks and light shows. As we were there in January this is why we paid extra a good view so we were very disappointed. Small viewing window, very dark in the room and the room was small. Heating system ran hot and the system was very noisy. All restaurants were expensive and added all sorts of additional taxes. Had to book a time slot for the pool, can't just go when convenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to be in the heart of the Niagara. The room was really nice and clean and the view was 10/10.

I didn’t like the part that they didn’t have a parking spot in the hotel and included to the prize you pay for the night there because you have to pay to let your car there and in my opinion since the breakfast was not included as well at least the parking should have been.

We had no working fridge Nontv working Toilet valve making noise all night Ate at the Brasa for my 60th, said they had chicken, which ended been two pieces of small chicken, which we paid 100 per person with tax, scandless. Room not clean as it should be. This was supposed to be a special occasion, we paid 900 for 3 nights , with no proper working appliances.

My spouse and I had an amazing, relaxing night and plan to do it again !

We didn't get breakfast there. However my spouse and I stayed the night just to have a night away for the first time in over 15 years since we had our children. We have an amazing time when we checked in our room was upgraded which was amazing especially again since we were having our first date night in over 15 years. We went up to the room and it was simply beautiful. We went to dinner came back slept amazing and went home. We will definitely be returning !!!

I came to celebrate my 50th birthday with my daughter & we made it fun!

The beds were comfortable. Having outlets beside the beds was very useful.

Room had a connecting room that was very loud with a breeze coming through from under the door. Also, I did book the no view room, however wasn't expecting to be right over the walkway with noises at all hours of the night.

How close it was to the falls and the view.

Little things like no microphone, no bible, no directory in the room, a pad and pen. These are only small things but enough to mention. Also a reservation to use the pool. That was a joke. We arrived at 8 pm like we were suppose to . There was no employee there and at least 20 people in the pool area. Limit is 10 on the board.

Overall - love the hotel and staff!

The location and staff was great. Getting up and down the elevator in the South Tower was difficult in the mornings with a long wait time. The bar was terrific! When I had a heat issue in my room - the staff member in the lobby area took care of me right away.

Hotel was disappointing. View of falls was spectacular.

The view of the falls from our room was excellent.

We were told that an early check in was possible. However, when arriving we were not able to access our room for 1.5 hours beyond normal check in. We had to wait in the lobby for 2 hours. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, sloping toward the middle from each side. The room was very worn and tired looking. Definitely needs an update/refresh.

Quick little get away

The view of the falls was exactly how it was stated in the pictures on the app. Bed super comfortable and slept amazing. my wife thoroughly enjoyed a long soak in the gigantic jacuzzi tub after a long day of exploring Niagra Falls.

Our breakfast while the view was breathtaking from the 33rd floor restaurant at sun up was absolutely not even close to worth the cost. My egg Benedict had to be sent back & when brought back to me the crab was absolutely stone cold & I had 4 small potatoes on my plate. For 45 dollars that was inexcusable. For myself the shower pressure and shower all around was not up to par. Had more pressure in the sink which everytime we turned it on it exploded all over us.
