So I was excited to book this hotel mainly because the description of the room said full kitchen and I prefer to prepare me meals when traveling. When I got there no kitchen because they said I did not book a room with a kitchen, despite the original description. There was one microwave and icemaker on the ground floor in an area that looked quite sketchy. Figured I'd still give it a go..
Got to the room and it was most awful...super tiny, no where to turn around considering there were 2 people in this room. We were not at all comfortable at the thought of staying there so I asked for a full refund and checked out immediately. I was looking forward to giving this hotel.a try because of the kitchen. Never again...also I think it needs a major upgrade.

Rooms are good but bit old and have that old wood smell. Overall I would recommend. you can comfortably see the night fireworks from the terrace room

Arrived early at 1130hr hoping for an early checkin. Maybe because I rang the bell while she was disrupted eating, she gave me a flat no and to check in at 1600hr.
After doing nothing at the lounge till 1500hr (more than 3 hours later), I approached another receptionist who very willingly attended to my check in.
