Stayed at the Cambria Niagara Falls for two nights. I must say the aesthetics, room size, and staff were good but the cleanliness wasn’t so great.
While staying here we ran into a few problems starting with, the dirty shower, dirty wash cloths and towels, and other peoples hair on the floor and in the clean towels. It was just not the cleanest hotel and I would give it more stars if it was clean because the beds that they have are very very comfortable. We brought up all of our issues with the front desk guy and he informed us that he will be talking to his manager and I sure hope he does because the next person should have a nice and decent clean room. Other than that, the staff were super nice and polite.
