Was ok, but will not come here again to stay.

Close to falls and anchor bar.

Bathroom and room really need updated. Bathroom wall is discolored, and the shower faucet was falling off when we got there. Also the air unit by the window was very dated. And there were items left from the previous person left in the room so apparently housekeeping didn’t check and clean everything which makes you wonder what else they missed or skip over.

The staff was great, the room view was stunning but I was disappointed with the price and quality.

I loved the room view! It was (in my opinion) worth the price however, our bathroom had peeling wallpaper that had mold and there was mold in the shower. I also had to clean the bathtub before I took a bath because it had hair in it that was not mine. I also had to report to the desk about chicken bones and trash in an elevator and an hour later it was still there.

Paying Extra for parking There were 4 of us and only 2 complimentary breakfasts. Our waitress the first morning was great. We were in the restaurant for 2 hours the morning we had to leave. Our ticket wasn’t handed in on time, the waitress barely checked on us, brought us the bill and forgot to take off the two complimentary breakfasts, then we still waited for the bill. My husband finally had to go up and say something. They told him to sit down.

It’s not far from Niagara Park but not worth all the money.

The hotel was a close walk to the park.

For the money it was not worth it. We got a view of the parking lot and the hotel is musty and older. It was ok but not for all the money that i paid. I have to do better looking at value comments on here.

it was clean.

I didn't like the false advertising online, there was no arcade or kids activities as stated online. upon booking I also was under the impression of having breakfast in the morning and that was not included. we were charged for parking at the hotel. the pool also had no shallow end or stairs for little kids It was deep with ladders and not that warm mainly cuz of the room being open with a half wall and so close to the foyer the air was chilly. I wasted an hour and spent more money going to the local dollar store to purchase pool floats for the kids so they could enjoy the pool better.

Terrible Holiday Inn, not family friendly

Parking was easy (but expensive)

Facilities and lobby not clean (ants crawling all over pool area, other debris as well), pool not heated, carpet and furniture gross with some even falling apart Bathroom was so tiny it was hard to even get inside and close the door (and there wasn't room to use anything without closing the door!) Breakfast at the property was actually in a separate restaurant, insanely expensive and food was barely edible. (For instance the "fresh fruit cup" ordered for my child was fermented) Wifi didn't work well Hallways smelled like cigar smoke

It has a perfect location which is very close to the Niagara falls park, very big enough room, clean enough towels and bed’s sheets, has nice restaurant close by, big enough car parking free.

Bitter sweet.

Madam Kathi at the front desk was an absolute angel and went out of her way to help me on my check out day.

My check in experience was horrible to say the least, after meeting a very rude and incompetent front desk staff member. He ignored me for almost 10 minutes, spoke to me very rudely and turned me away in the middle of the night because he didn’t know how to take Apple pay payments. Luckily his colleague came by and processed the payment. I then walked into a room that had a musty smell. However all this was made up for by Ms Kathi, who I met on the last day as I was checking out. She was an absolute angel and in 15 minutes went out of her way to help me, made me forget the horrible check in.
