Breakfast is "free", but waitress runs after me to give her tips, because she forgot. Eggs and breakfast steak had weird taste.

Bed blankets were thin, I like European blankets which are available in IKEA for cheap

Staff were not friendly, rooms (reserved 2rooms) were smelly and dark. Found worms on the carpet. Don't recommend. Not worth the money.

The Red Coach Inn is a unique and very pleasant place to stay In Niagara Falls. The Location is excellent, the closest place to stay to the Niagara Falls state park – right across the street, no need to drive in. It is also within a few minute walk along the river to get to Rainbow bridge for beautiful views of the Falls & Fireworks. The Red Coach Inn looks like it has been transported from England in it’s Tudor style which is extremely elegant. The Restaurant is one of the best in the area. With inside seating, enclosed patio seating and open air (with cover) seating. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were very comfortable too. Two tips for future guests: Make reservation if you decide to eat at the Red Coach Restaurant for dinner and ask if you can request a specific table. We enjoyed our stay on the 2nd floor room, but if you have mobility issues make sure to only book rooms on the 1st floor.

The room was warm and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the bathtub was luxurious. Breakfast was amazing both days and the staff was professional yet friendly.

Our bathroom sink did not drain. We looked at dirty water in the sink for 3 days. I ordered the surf and turf May 18; the lobster was mushy and the steak was well done though medium rare was requested. I was disappointed.

Prepped cheese and cracker app was nice. Thank you. Our jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. Our bed was also comfortable; we slept well.

Dinner was not good; my husband's steak was overcooked and my teriyaki chicken was tasteless (boiled chicken??). I sent my dinner back. Breakfast - my continental meal was fine. My husband's "over easy" egg was undercooked and watery. He ate half his meal.

Location is definitely top tier, food might be a bit pricy but they do taste good, room is clean and nice.

Might be because they were too busy, so server can hardly give us enough attention, but its understandable. Price is a bit over priced consider the quality in my opinion, but location does bring a lot of convenience Other than that, everything is not like super great, but all acceptable.

Located close to everything. Liked the fact I didn't need to drive anywhere. Liked the fact no one comes into your room unless you specifically ask them to

The hotel is debilitated and in need of major renovation as the interior is extremely over used. For example the sink in the bathroom is clogged. The whole decoration is gloomy. Room service were not provided to make up the rooms. The breakfast was over rated. It looked good with no tasting. The bed is as so high, the side tables were 12 inches below. The floor was old and tilted. The kitchen needs a major and deep cleaning.

The history , the location it was amazing

The food was good, but unfortunately the nozzle from the whip cream was found in the hot chocolate which my child was drinking.

The staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. The restaurant was always willing to fill our “to go” mugs with coffee before we went exploring. The foos at restaurant was amazing!

I would have loved to learn more about the history of the Inn. Maybe a ghost story or two….
