Came in the off-season. And got a top floor river view room and was shocked by it size quality and view. Well the city of Niagara Falls is pretty rough on the American side, this room and lovely hotel made up for. It all.

I personally prefer boutique hotels, and Red Coach Inn checked all my boxes. It was unique, historic, one of the closest you can find to the falls, top notch staff, accommodating, clean, included breakfast with an amazing chef and prepared meal., and affordable! Truly an experienced I would recommend and return to.

We just returned from a trip to Niagara yesterday and I wanted to review the red coach inn. We stayed in one of the suites., the Trafalgar. It was very clean and we enjoyed all this little touches such as a cheese tray and drinks. The restaurant was very good as well and it was nice to have the breakfast included. Walking to the balls with super close and it was a beautiful day. Highly recommend this place.

Our room was in the "annex" which is around the corner. Lots of rooms there.
Ours was on the first floor, facing the street with the sidewalk abutting the building. There is a big picture window there, so you are basically on the other side of the glass from people walking on the street. If it opened, I could have reached out and touched them!
Had to have the blackout curtains shut the entire time.
The girl who checked us in was new(ish) and very nice. Everyone else was snobby.
Breakfast was yummy. Great wait staff. Surprised by how casually people dressed for dinner.
Parking was another problem. There is parking on site, but not for all of the people staying. We had to park in an alley both nights.
If you want the experience, it's fine. But keep your expectations in check.
