It is very centric. Restaurants, casino is within minutes from the hotel as a walk distance. Hotel was very clean, everyone was friendly. Great customer service. Breakfast was amazing, a lot of things to choose from, coffee and hot water to make tea was always ready during this cold. Definitely will be back.

Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Check-in was easy especially with us arriving at 1:30 in the morning. Hostess was very welcoming. It was a late night check-in with an early morning departure. Would definitely stay again. When we get there you could hear Niagara Falls from the parking lot!
They need more waffle makers. Or have the butter and syrup in a different place, so people don’t fix their waffles/pancakes right there where you make them at. Creating a line and congestion.

The location and price.
The bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. The AC did not work and did not cool the room and turned off automatically. The breakfast has no sitting room if the hotel is busy and therefore no food kept up on. Truly what did it was the bed being SO uncomfortable we couldn’t even sleep. Shocking.

We reserved a "KING" room. Although the size of the room met our expectations, the bed was not a King. At best it was a Queen but it appeared to be and slept like a Double bed. When we inquired, we were told local management chose the furnishings and room description. We have stayed in other Hamptons where the King room had an actual King size bed. Housekeeping, for unexplained reasons, chose to bypass our room during our entire stay and we had to pick up fresh towels at the front desk.
Perhaps because it is located in an entertainment area, staff was indifferent to any of our inquiries. This has not been our experience at other Hilton properties where staff understood the reason for a satisfactory guest experience. Should we go back to this area, we noticed other Hilton properties within a five-mile radius of this particular property and will choose one of those rather than return to this property.

Close to Niagara Falls
Dirty and stinky hotel. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room and the bathroom. The elevator seemed not to have been cleaned for months. There was a mould odor in the rooms and corridors. We didn’t even dare to touch the sofa bed (that was meant for our child).

The cleanliness of the hotel was great. Every staff member we came in contact with was very helpful and gracious! Loved the fact that we didn't have to pay for parking.
The distance from the hotel to the Niagara Falls Park was a little far when walking at night. We wanted to go see the fireworks at the park but didn't want to walk back to the hotel at that time of night.

Their manager, Joel, was kind when hearing my concerns about some problems detailed below.
If I had known how far it was from the major tourist attractions, I would have booked with a closer hotel.
I mistakenly thought they had a free shuttle. They did not. When I first checked in, I asked the front desk about the shuttle and they pointed to me to their concierge, who were always shady about said shuttle, some saying it’s not reliable and others saying it doesn’t exist. Only four days in, when I raised a concern about false advertising, did a front desk worker give me a map for a city shuttle that, indeed, doesn’t come by the hotel.
I had a major issue with their “concierge”, technically Niagara Tour Company.
When asking about transportation options, only one of their four workers for this tour company actually gave me any advice on tourism that didn’t involve buying a tour from them.
One actually insulted me. I asked her if Hard Rock Cafe validated parking. She antagonized me for wanting to drive there. “It’s walkable - why drive?”
When I explained I have a disability that prohibits long walks, she actually said, “I’m 80 and *I* could walk there.” Well, I can’t without a medical episode, which I had a few times in the prior days trying to walk to and from the hotel.
We ended up paying $10 for 2 hr street parking since we simply had to drive there to find out if they validate (they do not). Rainforest Café does, by the way.
In short - be prepared to pay $10-$20 for parking each day, leave early to be able to find that parking, or pay for an Uber if you are unable to walk the 15 to 20 minutes from the hotel to the attractions. There is a trolley that you can pay to take around the attractions, but it does not stop at the hotels, so leaving and returning to the hotel is the biggest obstacle if you have mobility issues.

Niagra falls is very near but don’t fool with the ratings of this hotel there are many good hotels near like Double Tree, Hyatt place
Very bad staff from front desk to hotel manager and they are very very rude, they not even know how they should talk with their customers, they have an attitude that once you paid and you gone and they thinks whatever they do they do. I had very bad experience staying here in Hampton in terms of cleaning and they don’t even bother when you request them to basic room cleaning my $900 is wasted literally. I have reported this issue already how their manager said (I don’t have any boss do whatever you want to do) very unprofessional
