will definitely stay again but it needs to be added to website that you now require a $150 deposit

room was clean but smelled a little whatever they sprayed in hallways was not a good smell but breakfast was the same everyday i was just hoping it changed up a little but otherwoise very nice,

we didnt know that there was a $150 deposit we have stayed there several times so we were disappointed so thankful that the hotel still accomodated us for our 4 night stay that was already paid for

Will not go back.

Was very disappointed, according to the description on internet, you are able to see the falls from the hotel. When we arrived, we were told the falls were 4.5-5 miles away. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Elevator was grinding and bumping as we neared the 4th floor.

The beds we’re comfortable

The carpet in are room was full of stains and there was stains on the bottom of the bed. The shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned before we got there since there was still a dirty towel hanging over the shower and there was stained all over the tub.

Great Stay

I booked La Quinta on Booking.com. The doors opened and the young lady said my name as she was waiting for us to check in. I had to go to her for a couple things/questions. She was absolutely wonderful each time I saw her. There was a young man in the morning. He was just as nice. I actually checked out to leave and stopped and turned around to tell him what a great stay we had and the staff was great. Breakfast consisted of waffles scrambled eggs and sausage, bagels, bread and I believe muffins.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was great.

Do better!

The only thing I enjoyed was the staff AMBER! She was amazing and very professional. She moved my husband and I into a much better room and made sure we were comfortable and had what we needed.

The housekeepers are lazy. I had no new sheets or pillow cases on my bed. It was hair all over the bed and pillows and a nasty yellow stain on the comforter. & it was hair in the shower. Our toilet was not working properly and no one cared to fix it.

My coffee service was not prepared. No coffee cups, just lids, no regular coffee packets, 1 decaf that was partially open, 1 napkin stirrer packet that was opened and used by the previous customer. The coffee pot needed cleaned inside the water reservoir which I did myself. I let the desk know about it and it was corrected the next morning. It appeared the floor needed swept also but I didn’t report that to the desk.
