Very pleasant stay with my small dog and mother. Felt comfortable, safe, and cozy throughout.

A good stay for what was needed.

It was a last min booking and fine for what we needed. We felt the rooms were tired and things were broken. But the restaurant was amazing and the staff were exceptional.

Overall, the stay, restaurant, location, was fair, yet would have been great minus the spiders.

Majority of service staff were great; they were friendly, attentive, responsive and welcoming. The restaurant, food, and restaurant staff were amazing.

The bathroom inside the room had many small spiders, in which the service staff and myself had to clear away the spider webs and spiders daily. I opted to remain in the same room throughout my stay because of the location of the room and many bus groups were also staying at the same location. I was informed, as I checked out, that based on the location of the room, being on the river side, and the time of year, it was not a surprise for the insects to be in the bathroom.

Everything was bad. The hotel is old and needs renewal. Fast. The fitness room had a bad smell. There was just one elevator in tact. For the entire Hotel.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful river view, which we enjoyed both from our room and the dock behind the hotel. Breakfast in the on-site restaurant was also a bright spot—our waitress was incredibly kind, engaging sincerely with guests and making everyone feel welcomed. Her warmth was the main reason this review isn’t rated lower. There were more negatives than positives, but since we spent most of our time exploring the area, we didn’t let the hotel completely ruin the trip.

Unfortunately, the overall experience left much to be desired. At check-in, we waited in the lobby while employees could be heard in the back room laughing and mocking guests. When someone finally came to the desk, there was no warm greeting or helpful information shared—we had to ask for basic details like room directions, Wi-Fi, and mealtimes. Only one of the two elevators was working, leading to long waits—sometimes up to 20 minutes—to get to or from our 5th-floor room. The room itself was disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable with springs poking through, and the hard surfaces were visibly dirty. We ended up buying disinfectant wipes to clean the space ourselves. The shower had almost no water pressure, and while some mustiness is understandable near the river, the overall cleanliness was lacking.

Líquid eggs out of a carton, Frozen pizza, warm canned soup...Its just awful.7th floor carpet was of a grayish dirty color, smell of damp cat everywhere. Price Is deceitful the hotel, charges once you aré there aré more thank announced in the platform.between taxes AND extra charges It s more than 150 dóllars extra for 2 nights,for a room with a View on the parking,better be honest don t lure the customers and announce the real prices

Staff was excellent. We extended our stay till 2 but because of nearby visits we got delayed to call the hotel. The management was soo good to accept and haven't charged us any extra. It was really good stay. The breakfast was tasty.

It was an expensive stay for us with ordinary facilities.

The hotel had very good staff. The location was not too far from Niagara Park, but not too close either, it was a 10 minute walk. The hotel did not have any special facilities considering the price. For example, there was no breakfast or an elevator was broken and did not work at all. The bedrooms were very small.

It was very frustrating to wait so long for the elevator to arrive. The rooms were very small. The soundproofing in the room was very thin and the noise from the adjacent room could be heard easily. If there was a wedding or party, the pool was completely closed.

Elevator was broken. Room wasn't very clean. Shower leaked. Shower gel was empty. Toilet paper holder was loose, roll would fall off onto the wet floor. Doorknob was falling off the bathroom door. Headboard was loose/noisy. No continental breakfast. No smart tv. Etc.....

mediocre for the one night we stayed.

great view of the water in the dining area

complimentary toiletries were not available (missing conditioner and body wash), the refillable containers for them were completely empty as well. our total stay was also more money than it was supposed to be when we booked it online (the 10% discount was not applied). the clean plates for the buffet were dirty and had to wait 20 minutes for clean ones to get filled, with no apology by the staff.

Too long

Booking.com booked a single king room for a family of 3. They had no rooms to move us to. No toilet paper, bathtub faucet didn’t work properly, had to ask twice for bed linens for my 11 year old granddaughter to sleep on the floor. I also did not get my full $100 deposit back. Probably because my husband and to go to the front desk for toilet paper. Definitely not worth the money or aggravation in the booking mistake

Out-to-dated building. Needs a lot of improvements. The carpet on the floor is very dirty. The pool is dirty, we couldn't used it. The breakfast facility smells chlorine because the pool is right beside it.

Improve the look of the rooms. Change the flooring in hallways. Move the location of the kitchen. Clean the pool regularly during the day.

Over all good except check in and parking fees

Was clean and most part staff was excellent

Hidden cost… spent over $300 for two nights each on two rooms and had to pay $10 a day for parking. No where when booking said anything about parking fees. $10 a day for two vehicles for a total of $60 in just parking fees. Never once I’m my life and I’m 49 yrs old have I ever paid for parking at the hotel I stayed at, not any other resort town I’ve been in.
