Not worthy, could find much better stay with this price

Just the bed, it was nice and comfortable.

First is the bathtub, there are multiple hairs and stains are there in the bathtub. There were no toiletries at all. We paid CAD 160 for that suite and we expect that at least. Another thing is utensils were not properly clean. There were multiple stains there on dishes and glasses. We need to wash it again before use. Another one is the pillow. The pillow was horrible and there was no cotton inside it. Looks like it was just a cloth. I complained to the staff about it but he just said that he will tell the staff about it. No sorry, no regrets, no compensation at all.

The breakfast was excellent, much more than what was expected. Had a very comfortable stay. The room was very clean and tidy. Even the parking was on the property itself so that was really great.

Property nice but messed up on customer service big time

I made a reservation which got mixed up. I booked for a day later for a one night stay. . My fault. I arrived a day early. I was told just cancell the next day all good. They had space. Staff said just cancell the next day it will be fine. Hotel refused. I paid for 2 days after an original booking for one. I understand cancellation policy but property got revenue for my stay albiet on a different day. After explaining situation they still refused. I thought it was a reasonable request from a customer service point of view easily could’ve done. So I will never stay there again. Lots of options in Niagara Falls. I’ve instructed all of my employees not to book there and I will personally never stay at a Marriot property again.

Comfy, quiet apartments away from crowds but with easy access to Niagara Falls attractions

Very nice place to stay even for a week. Just by White Water Walk, next to WeGo bus stop which can take you to main attractions for free with Niagara Pass. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with lots of choices.

yogurt got finished before 8.30 while the ending time for breakfast was 9.30 Hash browns and veg patties also got finished which at least i didn’t expect from Marriot, There was no bin liners in the room and there was a very small liner placed beside the bathroom bin i had to put it by myself but it was sufficient enough to cover the bin Parking was also paid like after paying $230 for 1 night atleast they should have included the parking

It’s nice to stay here!

It’s a small property of Marriott, but it has everything you’ll need for your stay while in Niagara Falls. Very friendly staff. Brand new hotel that is just a few steps away from White Water Walk. Has Green WeGo bus stops on both sides of the road that are near the hotel too. 6 minutes walk to the Maple Leaf Place for souvenirs and food centre. Huge parking lot with inexpensive daily rate for hotel guests. 5-6 min drive to the Falls area. Quiet location. Well lit during the night. Room has microwave oven, mini cooktop stove and even a mini dishwasher. Lots of plates, cups and drinking glasses and utensils too.

Decent hotel for a convenient stay near the falls.

The room was clean. No smells, no stains, no bed bugs. The bathroom was also clean. No hair on the floor, nothing. Clean towels and essentials available. Location was also good - took me about 9 minutes to drive to the falls. Also, plenty of kitchen utensils as well as a microwave, a fridge and a sink to wash something. Very useful feature. The water in the shower was good, warmed up quickly.

Fantastic hotel with a great location!

The location of this hotel was fantastic! There was a Wego stop directly across the street making it super easy to go to all the main attractions by the falls. The property was quite new and clean, the room had everything we would need and more. We really enjoyed the pool as well. Staff were friendly :)

The only main downside was the breakfast. We tried it one morning but had to throw it out and go elsewhere. Everything was quite cold and the eggs were so overcooked they tasted like rubber.

Hotel was very close to the railway station and bus station. Breakfast was free and a lot to choose from.

A bit too far from the Niagara Falls and had no access to shops nearby. So we had to get an Uber for groceries and to and from the Niagara Falls.

Pleasant stay, great and clean hotel

Great hotel, nicely renovated, it is very clean. I liked the facts that we were provided with kitchen appliances, including pots and pans as well as plates and cutlery. The room was clean and nice, the beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. The bathroom was clean as well. Very convenient location for Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-lake (NOTL).

Somewhat thin walls. We could hear the baby next door crying. Breakfast was mid. The choices were not amazing but it did the job. Also, breakfast line was chaotic, people were passing in front of others to get their food, no respect. There is no personnel to put order in the dining room, when things are chaotic. People were trying to grab as much food as possible since it was a buffet style breakfast. The staff is not able to replenish the food as fast as it was taken. They need to re-evaluate the dining room and food situation.

Lovely stay at TownePlace Suites

Love the location, away from the big crowd. Bed is very comfortable, room is very clean and I love that the room is with a good size fridge and microwave. Lovely kitchenette! Breakfast was alright, the egg bites were a hit.

One small thing that is not a big issue since it's only a 5-floor building. The elevator button is not efficient on the second floor where the pool and the gym is. I have to press it 5 times for it to light up to call a car.

“Long wait before heading to the room”

I had a reservation and arrived around 1 a.m. I waited at the reception for an hour with my two kids while the staff tried to find my reservation, before we could go to the room. Don’t have seats enough for breakfast

Liked all the room amenities like a ton of outlets and enough night stands for everyone, the closet, the book shelf, the kitchen with a big fridge. The staff was very nice! Most importanlty was how clean TownPlace was! Thank you for the nice comfortable stay!

Honestly, its only a teeny tiny thing, the only thing it could use would be more hooks in the bathroom so we could hang towels or our clothes when showering. It had every other thing you could want. You can tell so much thought went into planning the rooms. I Feel you thought of everything needed to make one's stay comfortable and convenient!

Great stay will be back again!

Place was clean and cozy and not in the heart of the parkway with noise and traffic but close enough for those who like to walk to walk to the falls which we did. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking and breakfast in the morning. Kudos to the kitchen staff who also went over the top to make us feel welcome. Best value in Niagara! This is our 4th time staying here and will be back again!
