    Very disappointing experience. The hotel is poorly maintained, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, they were not even getting up from their seat when we went for check in. T he cleanliness standards were below acceptable levels, and the breakfast was poor in both quality and variety. We were hoping for the standard associated with Wyndham Hotels , but unfortunately this hotel was nowhere near that level.”

    Easy check in. Reasonable pricing. Didn’t use pool but looked good. Lots of parking (paid like all in the area). Breakfast was basic but OK, could use a bit more fruit. Some aging showing but they are keeping ahead of it.

    I had included breakfast in my package and paid for it. Had breakfast on day 1,. On the day 2 , I had to leave at 0630 hrs for my flight, so I asked the staff a night before to get it packed for my so I can have it on the go. Their breakfast begins at 7. I was denied the same, stating that the chef has left already and they can't give me anything packed. I even asked that give me prepared items like bread , butter / fruits etc but that was also denied by the staff on the reception. No where has this been done with me. When u are charging for breakfast, it is my right to have it. I was blatantly denied it. The staff said that u should have informed the moment you checked in about the packed breakfast request. I informed them around 10 PM at night for the breakfast the coming morning. The rooms were good otherwise and all other experience was flawless.
