Very friendly front desk. Walking distance to the Casino, Niagara Falls, etc. Breakfast was great, but the dining area needs more tables and chairs as visitors occupied both the waiting and dining areas while waiting for their transports to arrive.

The hotel doesn't look like what it does in the pictures except for the lobby. The front desk staff were friendly, but others weren't. The breakfast isn't great and is just premade pancakes warmed up. It was very very basic with a crockpot of oatmeal. The rooms were out of date and the floors in the whole hotels were marred with dirt. They put flooring over top carpet so it was spongy. The rooms are big though. We were glad we only stayed one night.
