waterpark was very busy but fun. The hotel is a little dated but overall clean. Location is walking distance to restaurants, etc.

Our room is not ready yet yhen staff told me 30-15 mins until it became less than an hour. They supposed to ingorm us if its ready but no calls . So we decided to go again to ask if it’s available now. They need training .

Prior to arrival, I got an email asking if there is anything the hotel can do to make the stay more memorable. Since it was my daughters birthday, I asked if something a bit special could be done. There was nothing there when we arrived. In another email we were asked to click the link below for self checkin, but the link did not work.
When arriving, we came into the room, and it had broken pieces of plastic on the floor, and the sink had hair in it.
The hotel is conveniently located next to most of the facilities and restaurants, but falls short in cleanliness and offerings. Make sure your requests are given verbally to a human, as it doesn't appear they follow up on their email requests.
