    Other than the waterpark being close for maintenance which was kind of sucky and I wish there was a little bit more posted about it being closed. I can sense that it would’ve been an amazing experience if the waterpark was open and the rest of the hotel was great and we had no problems..

    We booked a room and it clearly said that the waterpark was included. When we arrived, we were told that we had to pay extra for the waterpark pass. I was very disappointed and felt misled, but I didn’t argue with the staff at the time. Honestly, it felt like a scam, and this should have been made clear before we completed the booking.
