Very good stay breakfast wasn't much.

Good location not much of a breakfast just continental type with poor coffee.

Mediocre at best

Location was great

Pool was dirty, our room was never cleaned, we asked for clean towels we never got them. The cops were there in the middle of the night due to guests in our hallway.

The place was disgusting ! 🤢 seriously do not go here! The rooms had so much gunk on the floor your feet would stick! The bathrooms are highly outdated you feel like you’re in a prison cell. All the staff was sick walking around coughing. The breakfast is right by the main entrance so you freeze when you’re trying to enjoy a meal. Even the breakfast station was all disgusting gunked up. all the hallways had stuff and all the corners hair everywhere. There was dirt and grime all over the place. It did not look like they had mopped their floor since they opened. there was even blood on the floor in one of the hallways!!

Never stay here!

We arrived to find no parking as this hotel was hosting a concert. When concert got out we were the closest room and there was no one I. The hallway supervising yelling people. Shower broken. Hairdryer broken. Someone swept a pile of debris in the food area but didn’t dust pan it up!!!!

The value was fine. I guess you get what you pay for.

It’s was dirty. Stains on the towels, dirty floors and walls, dirty halls. Empty soaps. Tubs were filthy. Breakfast station was a mess.

I had my own car. it would be an excellent action if hotel provide facility to drop their quests at Niagara scenic point who do not have their own transport as this hotel is at 5 miles from main Niagara Fall state park

We don’t recommend this hotel because things didn’t look like they did on the website.

Close to Niagara Falls, breakfast was ok.

Our two rooms were dirty, especially the floors. It seemed as if housekeeping skipped cleaning these rooms. A lot of trash and wrappers, shampoo and soap containers were empty. The neighbors had loud and obnoxious kids that screamed their heads off at 4:00 a.m. through the rest of the morning. The lamp in one of the rooms was not working AND had drug paraphernalia on a top shelf. Front staff were unfriendly.

Was worth the money overall

A/c was nice and cool. The room was clean upon arrival which had me nervous after reading all the reviews!

The pool looked pretty gross honestly. The sink in the room didnt drain that well which isn't ideal.

The location was convenient it was right by a Walmart and has many restaurants near by

The pool was supposed to be heated it was freezing, the room was definitely not cleaned very good before we got in, the floor was very dirty there was a random hand print on the wall, we didn’t get any hand soap had to buy our own and they only gave us one roll of toilet paper so we had to ask for more, the beds were very uncomfortable

It was nightmare from hell.

It was a nightmare. The toilet didn't work. Blood was on the floor, there was no hot water, and the water was brown when it came out of the faucet. Overall, it was worse than the Bates Motel.

How filthy my room was. The pool was filthy. The restaurant wasn't open. And you charged me twice. It took talking to multiple people to get the second charge off. All this for $200 a night? Unacceptable.

I liked that it was located near a lot of stores and restaurants.

It was dirty. My son recorded a roach in the bathroom coming out the sink. Bathroom toilet seat worn and crusty. Dirty Hand print was on the wall above the headboard, that was creepy. Bullet holes in windows. Razor blades in the back party lot. Loud. Housekeeper woke us up singing while working all morning. Facilities dirty and false advertising of hot tub. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had and the reason I will never come back.

It was rundown, dirty, bathroom was disgusting, mold on walls and curtains. Didn’t look like curtains and floors have ever been cleaned. Breakfast included was in the front lobby. Not much to choose from. Chose to leave and get breakfast somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the service.

It was not worth what you pay for. entire hallway was black muddy stains upstairs. We booked 2 rooms, one was okay and another bath tub is with stains.

Morning breakfast was included and at 7.30 am everything was empty starting from bread basket, Coffee and hot water kettle, waffle mix , the lady was standing doing nothing, we asked to refill and long wait. very very poor service. I will not recommend this hotel.

The price

The rooms were not clean, our air conditioner leaked all over the floor, they never brought us more towels so we had to ask every day. The people staying beside us were loud until way after 1am so we asked the desk manager to do something about it and they never did. Our room was hot as heck upon arrival so we couldn't sleep when we arrived. The breakfast was subpar and the line was so long you couldn't get in for food anyway. Our room keys also stopped working on the second day so we had to have them redone to get into the hotel and our room.

The beds weren’t bad. But they definitely didn’t feel like a Queen bed.

Tv was too small. It wasn’t a smart tv so I couldn’t watch anything I wanted. They had the smallest package available for direct tv. Floor and shower were dirty. Shower had hair all through it. Toilet sucks and is rough. Thin walls. You could hear everything. BREAKFAST IS TERRIBLE. You got to make your own. The cooking devices are gross. Very limited options and people were standing in lines for a long time. We rented for the night so my son could swim. THAT POOL IS DISGUSTING. Slimy water. Too much chlorine. No lights in pool area. There was crumbs and food on the floor in the pool area. Couldn’t stand to be in there more than 10 min. Also, Staff was not very friendly.

It was located to close to where i wanted to go

Very dirty floors, stairs were also dirty with black spots on the edges with visible signs of hair. Tiles need to be repaired soon as one can feel the cracking sound coming out while walking
