Our room was clean and sufficient for a quick overnight stay.

The room was clean, fairly reasonably priced and the owners were friendly.

Although there was a refrigerator and microwave, there was no coffee maker, which was a disappointing. The room also smelled too strong of cleaning chemicals. The king size bed was very close to the wall on one side and hard to get out of.

Great hotel, will look to stay again

From check in to check out the hotel was great and the service was superb, I believe her name was Mary (I apologize if I'm wrong) was friendly and helpful. I was there for college orientation for my daughter and it was close to the school, shopping, and restaurants. The room was clean, the shower had the best water pressure I've had in a hotel in a long time. My only regret is I didn't book fast enough to get this hotel for parents weekend.

Great little motel off the main road, with friendly staff, and close to the main shops.

The room was clean and well prepared. We were close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions and information about seeing Niagara Falls. Thank you!

Staff is fantastic, and quick check-in. Clean and up-to-date rooms. Very pleasant facility. This was our second time staying there. We ate definitely returning next year.

Great place to stay for a trip to the falls!

Our rooms were clean, the management was very welcoming on our family vacation. The kids loved the pool. They were helpful and accommodating and it was near food and gas station walking distance. Falls were 10 minutes away. would stay here again.

Some suggestions are to put small (not too wide) shelves up on the wall outside the bathroom where there is an electrica

Close to Niagara Falls. You can take several routes and it takes approx 10 mins. It was a very clean place with a very nice clean outdoor pool with umbrella tables and chairs. We would stay again. Check in/out was very easy and the staff was nice providing helpful suggestions regarding the area.

The shower curtain could be replaced as it smelled sour and room was stuffy upon arrival so it smelled a little musty. Once we got the air conditioner going it seemed to clear up. We had a King room and it only had room for one night stand with no way to plug in your phone. Perhaps add lamps with phone ports to plug in phone. Other side of bed was so close to the wall you had to really squeeze in sideways between the wall and bed to get on the bed without jumping on top of it. Bathroom had no exhaust fan (didn’t like as it got really steamy) or wall outlet to plug anything in except where the provided small hair dryer was plugged in, which I guess you could unplug to use. There was only one very small hook behind bathroom door to hang any clothes. More hooks could be added on the wall. Need more electrical outlets to plug things in.

The husband and wife of the hotel are amazing and I love their energy and professionalism and their prices are not that bad either. An all around comfortable place to be.

Even though it's an old motel, it has all necessary facilities. Room is good enough to occupy 4 people in 2 queens bedroom. 10mins from Niagara falls. Cheaper than staying close to goat Island.

It took so long to get hot water as the motel has not too many guests. A bit far from Niagara Falls and Park, so it's better to have your own car.
