Good value, good location for shopping and restaurants trip.

Great location for shopping trip and many restaurants in the area, comfortable beds, clean room. Good continental breakfast to start the day. Limited options but ok flavor. 24 hour hot beverages. Good value for the price considering what other hotel are charging. Friendly customers agent to greet you and check in was good and quick.

The stay was in the winter season, just main entrance and handicap parking could be plowed or clean out a bit better.

Nice value for money

Writing everything here Hotel is great considering the price. It’s 15 mins away from Niagara Falls so have to take uber for 10-20 usd. They have free coffee 24 hours. Their breakfast was okay but not too special. Rooms were fine. Indian lady staff were supportive. It will take an hour to reach buffalo airport from here. Also there are several retainers nearby. They also have lift so carrying Luggage won’t be an issue

We need to make sure NOT to stay in a Microtel again.

The staff was good. However, the lack of electric outlets in the room was horrible. No place to put our clothes… had to use the extra bed to unload our suitcases. Handicapped accessible should mean just that. No lip on the tub should be part of handicapped bathroom. Getting into the tub for a shower deemed almost impossible. Breakfast was ok. Not great.

NEVER book a room at this property through Booking.com.

NEVER book a room at this property through Booking.com. I booked a room, and although the reservation was confirmed, the property informed me that my booking had been canceled. They then offered me another room at the same price as listed on Booking.com. However, Booking.com still charged me a “no-show” fee. The property has been completely unresponsive.

Convenient to Canadian border, well maintained property with nice breakfast and exceptional staff.

The property was close to the highway and Canadian border for an easy start to Canada. Very comfortable beds and well maintained property. There were nice choices of hot and cold breakfast in the morning and staff was exceptionally helpful and kind - especially Vibhu. Would definitely stay here again.

Ok but too far away from the falls

Location was pretty far away from the main centre - you can get a free shuttle but it does take time and only comes every hour. There are some restaurants nearby. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel amenities were a little lacking and our bathroom floor hadn’t been swept - the door looked like it had been jimmied which didn’t make you feel safe. There’s no room service. It was ok but the customer service could have been better.

The extra deposit seemed to cause trouble with my credit card company, causing a lot of confusion.

It was just a simple hotel room, no pool, breakfast was just simple and quick.

It would have been better if you did not have to put down a deposit. It caused a lot of confusion with my credit card company. I had to make several calls to get the problem fixed. Also if the towels would have been picked up, and clean ones were left in their place, even if no total room service was available. There was a small sign at the front desk, but nobody informed us at check in of the policy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was OK, until I had tea that was cold. Parking was good for our RV. OK location.

I asked the kitchen help if I could heat up my tea. She showed me where the microwave was located and, after opening, it was so disgusting that it turned my stomach. There was food and garbage splashed throughout the microwave. All she had to do was heat up my tea in here microwave in the kitchen. She never checked the condition of the microwave.

There really wasn't anything I particularly liked about this hotel or the area.

The guy who checked us in was rude. This was my first time in the state of New York, and it wasn't going well. The room stunk like someone cooking, and I couldn't get rid of the smell. The bed was super uncomfortable.. Breakfast was a joke. Some scrambled eggs and fried bologna.. The amount we paid for one night was way too much for the amenities we got.. I dont recommend this hotel and I won't be back.

Reasonably Good..

The room was clean and comfortable. The staffs are very welcoming. Location wise it is 15min away from Niagara. Sam's club (Gas) and Walmart are close to the hotel.

Microtel Inn and Suites is OK

Close by drive to the outlet, food places, Target and Walmart. Bed was comfortable. 6 mile drive to Niagara Falls which is not so bad. The property was pretty safe because you would need your room key card to access the side doors. Otherwise, you must enter through the front doors.

Unlike usual hotels and inns, this property has a strict time to utilize their laundry room. It’s not a 24 hour room that you can walk in whenever to do laundry. When we found out that laundry room wasn’t open 24 hours, we at least asked the front desk if we can change coins so we can do laundry the next day - they had no coins to change and told us that the manager will bring in the quarters. The following day, we went back to the front desk and the manager was already there - still no coins to change. Told us to drive to a laundromat 1 mile away from the inn. This was very inconvenient since there was already a laundry room inside but they just didn’t have coins to change for it. Next, we had troubles with room service. When you take out the DND sign from the door - shouldn’t it be automatic for room service to clean and tidy up the room? We took out the DND sign and nothing changed within the room. The trash wasn’t picked up and towels weren’t changed. We talked to the manager and he had to do everything himself.

It was an ok stay

Central location to our destination to Niagara Falls and Old Fort Niagara. The beds were comfortable, and the window was nice in the morning to let the sun in. It did have a fridge and microwave in the room. It had many outlets for charging devices. The temperature was adequate for sleeping.

The elevator was small, the bathroom was small, there were regular bottles of scented wash, shampoo, and a conditioner for multiple guests, and I believe that it should be individually packages instead of mass supply. I do not want to touch something in a shower setting that someone else has touched. The parking lot was small, and the outside exit was not labeled appropriately. It had 2 entrances, no exit labeled, but no other way to leave the parking lot. Breakfast was available and poorly stocked. We drove around the corner to Tim Horton's. The lights in the room were limited. There was no coffee pot in the room, and the one in the lobby was for a single cup only, and there was no way to full a travel mug.

It was comfortable but not as clean as desired given the 8+ rating

The hotel was not staffed well and I only ever saw one employee at the front desk, during my 12 hour stay, who was also running the food area. I had to wait several minutes for an employee the three times I was at the front desk. My sheets had three pieces of hair on them so I had to request new sheets and remake my bed myself. My stay was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure.

Best staff member I've ever come across!!!

I stayed here after a long road trip from Boston, the staff were absolutely amazing, hands down the best I've ever experienced. I can't remember his name but the gentleman at reception couldn't be more helpful. He gave me soo many recommendations of things to do and see around Niagara, talked about the history and even printed me out directions. If you're the gentleman reading this, thank you, you were absolutely brilliant and I really do appreciate your time! Next time I'm visiting Niagara, I WILL be staying at the Microtel Inn!!

Not a good choice for longer stay more than 1 night.

The carpets looked like they were never cleaned in 10 years. The microwave was not functional. The room smelled damp. I asked for room freshener and they gave me one which had barely couple of sprayed left. I myself went to Walmart and bought one to keep the room bearable. Breakfast is okaying. Many customers kept complaining. We had a stay of 5 nights and the staff refused to clean the rooms sighting COVID related restrictions. They don’t enter your room even to collect garbage.
