All in all - good place to spend two nights with family

- The rooms were clean and neat - If you own a car - the location was good - free parking, close to the shopping center where you can buy everything you might need. - a bunch of different restaurants was available in the vicinity - personel was nice and friendly - there is a lot of leaflets with information related to attractions in the surrounding - nice TV, coffee machine in the room with few free coffee (although no tea), microwave and water filling station was available in the lobby - the hotel was quiet although the cars outside on the road could be heard - good heating/cooling system - good price

- My biggest dissapointment was the breakfast. I wasnt expecting much but this was way bellow that. There were only plain white bread or bagels, some strange maple syrop, two types of flakes and milk, butter, some jam and not very good spread cheese and bananas. No ham/meat/sausages/cheese, nothing with eggs etc. So basically very hard to get anything nutritious. - We had only three towels in the room were 5 people were sleeping. Not a very big problem but still I would expect the same amount of towels as number of guests. - If you do not have a car - the Niagara Falls State Park is quite far away - No elevator - not a big problem for us but if you have a lot of luggage or disabilities it might proof challenging

Good location. Good enough for a few nights stay. A bit expensive but expected due to location.

Breakfast selection was good. Beds fairly comfortable. Bathroom and room size adequate. Good location a few miles from the falls attractions.

Hallway carpeting quite dirty - could use a cleaning. Noisy kids running through hallways late at night kept us awake. Bathroom a bit dingy.

It was alright, but wont stay again.

The location was the best part. Pool look. Ice and clean but tiny for the amount of guests.

It was dirty, smelled musty, breakfast only pankakes, limited cereals and fruit. No microwaves in the rooms, tiny microwave on the main lobby floor, only ice machine was on main floor, no elevator for the middle aged that can do steps but not to many due to injury, tub didn't have a properly working tub stopper so couldn't take a bath, and pillows were well used.

Very close to Niagara Falls State Park. Has a pool which is great for our children to cool off in. Room is a good size and comfortable, very clean and has everything we needed

Good for short stays

The location is good. 12 minutes drive to Niagara Falls state park. A lot of shopping and restaurants around, very close to highways. Service at the front desk is great.

The hotel rooms have a smell and it is average comfortable. For two nights was ok for us. Also, the breakfast is just coffee and beagles or toasted bread, and cereal. So do not expect a huge meal.

Room was related to our expectations. We didn't try the breakfast because slept comfy and to long. Location is excellent 8 min to the Niagara Falls state part and a lot of restaurants near by. Nice and informative staff. I'd like the vending machines with cold water, it was to easy from thirsty to satisfaction.:)

Great place to stay if you are going to the falls

Great location, clean and nice rooms overall, we missed the breakfast but in the lobby I was offered coffee even after it was over, for a coffee lover this was a nice gesture… staff was great!

If you have a loud neighbor you will probably hear it because the walls are thin…. But it didn’t happen during my stay

I was a decent stay.

The room was decent but the floors were filthy! The tables desk nightstands were soiled! The tub casing had a crack in the shower wall, You have to ask for towel if you stay more than 3 days! Housekeeping could use a refresher course the room was located on the side were there incoming guests parking and the way they take out trash! Super loud and they was a big family of raccoons in the parking lot by the dumpsters in the parking lot for guest! Front desk clerk was a little odd? And unfriendly but on the good side it was located perfectly for what we did. Close to shopping lots of good eatery’s try Duffs wings there amazing! It’s literally down the road! The beds were comfortable and seemed clean it close to Niagara Falls and casino’s

Run down. Very strong cleaning product smell. Loud yelling in hallway at 2am for a long time that was close to front desk and not stopped.

We had trouble with the keys opening the door, but the staff got it corrected.

Exhausting, as we couldn't sleep with out feeling spiders crawling on us

Robert, on our first morning was very friendly with our children and had my whole family smiling. The staff on our second morning were the opposite of Robert.

From the garbage in the parking lot, old gross mattress, broken toilet...right into turning our light on and a massive spider running across the floor. Then finding multiple spiders in the beds. Mold in the bathroom. We couldn't sleep at all, or relax for a second.

Good location, pretty close to the shopping malls

The beds were terrible! The spring inside the mattress and the spring box kept making noise when moving my body on the bed. Totally unacceptable! And the bed was really uncomfortable. The worst hotel ever! The smell in the aisle was super bad! Full of odor of carper detergent! Disgusting!
