It was our third stay there. Would stay again.

The breakfast was varied and good. The location was in a quiet neighborhood along River Road. It was somewhat far from the falls but that wss not unexpected.

Road Trip to Canada

We only received one set of towels for our stay. New towels daily would have been nice and choice of breakfast would have been nice. We had eggs every day and not everyone can eat eggs due to health issues. A good idea would be eggs one day, waffles another day, omelets, french toast, and have a second choice like cereal with fruit daily. The same thing every day becomes monotonous. Some of the rooms were very small and uncomfortable. Chairs. in the sitting area were uncomfortable because there was little cushioning in the chairs. There was some miscommunication due to the language barrier. We had a large step down into our bathroom, which was dangerous for our age.

Great stay for a weekend 😊

The Bed and Breakfast was really lovely, we went here for the weekend. The room was cute a little bit small but for us it was not a problem (fridge and microwave in the room). The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and vegetables 😊. The owners are really friendly and super fast with texting back then we had a question.

The best experience in Niagara Falls! It’s in a strategic location to reach all the main tourist attractions. Very quiet, with parking available, and what truly makes this place special is the kindness of its owners. They are also very organized; cleanliness is impeccable, the place is decorated like a dream, and the breakfast is extremely complete. We truly appreciate their attentiveness and will always remember this stay. The WEGO station is just 100 meters away and runs every 10 minutes. Although we walked both to and from the cruise (1.7 km), it was a very pleasant walk.

Not what we expect from a B & B

Door locks and balcony

Lack of chat which we'd expect with a B & B - we only saw one man and that was only at breakfast. No greeting, no information.

Clean, charming, great value!

The room was small but cozy, and very clean. The B&B is in an older house with lovely wood flooring and atmosphere, with a pretty garden and quiet location. I enjoyed the breakfasts, which were made individually and presented with care - not a cheap cold buffet here! The wifi was reliable through a couple of professional virtual meetings. I enjoyed my stay and would return in the future!

My room was listed as having a hot tub, but I think there was some language issue at play because staff indicated there was a tub in the bathroom and seemed a little confused when I asked about it. It wasn't a big deal for us, just a minor confusion, but others might want to know.

Location

No staff, no welcome, needs some TLC, breakfast is not that good, bathroom needs deep cleaning, and no A/C on the first level. Because my credit card was expired on charge day, price changed and when up on charge day. Contacted Booking.com but couldn't solve the issue. Not my favorite experience in a B&B.

There were Christmas decorations up in the middle of summer. A few tweaks to the decor would add to the atmosphere, but besides that everything was great.

Cheap tidy bed and breakfast in a nice part of town.

Very good location in a quieter part of town with good connections being very close to the bus stop. Also extremely clean and tidy rooms.

Toilet did not flush toilet paper and the shower was very small for a tall person.

Overall, it was a nice place. Beautifully furnished. I love the atmosphere created by the host. I enjoyed the conversation with the four other guests. The fact that the codes to the front door and the individual room were provided made it very easy.

Bed was a little hard. The breakfast was not excellent. Rather than toast, we received a hamburger bun. There was a very limited interaction with the people running the in. I only saw the host once when she brought the food.

Awesome

The host was the kindest, always paying attention to all the questions and requests that I had. The room was big enough, with a lot of security. The house and the rooms have security codes that make the house safer. It was pretty close to everything, from the Niagara Parks tours and also from Niagara-on-the-Lake. We really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was delicious, we had our questions because we never tried an oriental breakfast before but was really good.

Charming, peaceful, renewing couple experience.

Property was well maintained and homely. Very quiet inside and outside the house. Was able to walk to Clifton Hill in 20 minutes and never felt unsafe. Would highly recommend this stay to others and would book again if traveling here.

Quiet location. Easy to get to and back downtown. Parking included. Room had everything you would need; ensuite bath, fridge and microwave. Comfortable common living room. Breakfast was tasty and filling. Staff very friendly. Shoes come off at the door so slippers would be good, although there are some available at the door. Would definitely stay again:)

I would recommend Niagara Inn B&B to anyone.

As I mentioned to the owner that I'd be leaving for the airport early - before breakfast time - he prepared a lovely carton of food to take with me. The ambiance and decor is beautiful. I would definitely like to stay if back again.

A home far from home :)

A great place to stay with friends. We booked a total of 3 rooms, and they were all clean and worth the money. The interior is aesthetic and awesome. You will like the overall decoration, which adds to the cozy and comfortable environment. The neighborhood is quiet and lively at the same time.

Everything is good. If you don't have a car, you might need to walk a bit due to the distance from the Falls and other attractions.

The grounds were filled with flowers and plants that were well tended. Lovely colors and warmth. Inside the stunning old house was beautiful wood moldings and great decor that fit the era of the house and area. Her personal touches made it “home”.
