The tv doesn’t connect to hotel wifi, or have cable so if you can’t mirror from your own device you get nothing. Unfortunately there’s nobody to help you when the building is over ran by teenagers at 4 in the morning

Absolutely not recommended. The TV was not working, and there were not enough lights functioning in the room. You don’t feel like a guest at all—rather, it feels like you’re asking the property manager for a favor, even after paying a high amount. Overall, the property is not worth the money, to be honest.

Nice large bathroom, terrace was lovely ,kitchen access , self check in and out was convenient, accommodated a last minute booking promptly , very clean . Will definitely book again very pleased

Shower was difficult to get a steady flow of water from shower head , water was excessive and felt wasteful. Outlet beside bathroom sink was extremely difficult to use . Kitchen supplies would be nice like pack of coffee, sugar, whitener, tea, drinking glasses and coffee cups... Disposable options, ice trays, paper towel. Parking more laid out and ground salted

This is not how I wished anyone to spend their Christmas No Heat, No Electricity , No Hot Shower

Location was decent to walk to the falls

The whole stay was ruined because of No heat due to us using the Hair Dryer! The Fuse on the Electrical Panel did not reset and instead whole blackout in the unit. The owner moved us to a room that had less beds and expected to stay with 3 people on one double bed! The TV did not work , batteries were rusted in the remote! There was no hot water in the shower and was told to turn the shower handle to the right to get hot water which I did but still no hot water. With any shower I used hot is Red ( handle turned left) and cold is Blue ( handle turned right) as indicator. If the owner was correct then This is a safety issue as the handle turned to Hot water first and then to Cold afterwards … imagine kids using the shower they will burn themselves…

Great value in a clean comfortable room

Value. Clean and comfortable room with a large bed. Large and function washroom. The location is very quiet and easy to find. I would stay there again.

No instructions on how to check in prior to arrival. My only choice was to call the hotel phone number that was on the street sign. They informed that it was 100% self-check. It would have been nice to know this in advance.

Practical for one night

The location is within walking distance of the falls which was nice and convenient. The free parking on the property and the balcony in the room were also appreciated.

The room wasn’t very clean (cigarette butts and empty beer can on the balcony, dirty floor, hole in the wall of the bathroom patched with toilet paper…). While the balcony was nice, the sound and heat insulation of the glass door seemed non-existant. For the sound, because of the lss busy season there was very little traffic so it was fine, for the heat we couldn’t choose the temperature in the room (it was a bit chilly) and the blanket was pretty thin and there were no extra blankets. It didn’t ruin our stay, but we were a bit disappointed.

Nothing absolutely awful. Overbooked so put us in a windowless basement/storage room. Obviously refused to stay. He answered our call once then refused to pick up again. Do glad Booking.com dealt with the situation for us.

This was a very clean and cozy stay in an unbeatable, quiet residential location near the Falls.

The suite was very cozy and spotlessly clean, and I appreciated receiving the door code right on time for an easy check-in. The location was superb, offering a beautiful view of the American side of the Niagara River from a quiet residential area. We were able to walk to the border and the amusement park in just about five minutes.

The main area for improvement would be the sound insulation of the house. Unfortunately, I could clearly hear the neighbors walking on the floor above both during the night and early in the morning. This lack of soundproofing occasionally disrupted an otherwise quiet and comfortable stay.

Perfect Location

The property, in my opinion, is in the perfect location. Close to all attractions and amenities but also tucked away so there is not people constantly walking by or much vehicle traffic. My room #7 had a nice shared balcony with a view across the Niagara Lake to the American side where there were rocks and trees. Not a view of the falls themselves but still very nice and the main viewing area of the falls is a very short walk down the street. The bathtub is quite big and the washroom and room itself was very clean. There is also free parking included which was very convenient. The room had a nice TV with various entertainment available. The modern finishes in the shared spaces are a nice touch.

Horrible experience, stay away

I booked a luxury unit with a balcony and river view, but what I received was a subpar Airbnb that did not meet my expectations. There was no parking available, so I had to park on the street. The TV was not working, and I didn't have garbage service until yesterday. Instead of the promised river view, I was given a view of the parking lot, which was supposedly an "upgrade" I never requested or agreed to. Despite making my booking in advance for a luxury room with great reviews, it seems you allocated that room to someone who paid a higher rate than telling me that no unit is available (if you can't ensure my originally booked unit is available for my dates, then why bother taking the booking?). Consequently, I was left with no choice but to either cancel my entire trip for a refund or stay in this so-called "upgraded" accommodation.

Comfortable, considerate, and totally worth the money.

Very clean. Very safe. Very comfy and cozy. Near falls and downtown but away from the noise and crowds at night. I walked alone as a solo female with no discomfort. Gave me a late check out with no problems. Access to channels on TV when I wanted to veg out after a long day of travel and exploring. Ample parking- and let me leave my car there after check out to venture into the city on foot. I can’t imagine you could find a better stay at this price.

Safe, clean and comfy!

The bed was super comfy and room nicely chilled. A short 10 minute walk to the rainbow falls bridge and restaurants etc. Self check in was a breeze, we even got into a room a tad early! Wifi was reliable, which is also a plus. We felt very safe here.

We were on the bottom floor and our house mates upstairs sounded like elephants late at night! Owner was helpful but has a slow response (the cleaners are so lovely and friendly!!)

Unsafe & uncomfortable stay with police involvement

We had the worst stay due to our hotel neighbors—people were fighting, screaming and breaking things all night. We had to call the police multiple times between 12:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. The property owner promised booking to refund us, but nothing happened. This listing should not be on Booking.com.

The location was awesome – close to everything and very convenient. The place was clean, nicely decorated, and had the added bonus of free parking, which was a big plus.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the bedroom didn’t work very well, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

I love the quietness of the area. I love the house, which was super clean, and my view was excellent, such a cozy little spot My stay was nice, even down to my check out. Debbie, the housekeeper, was such a bubbly lady, very patient, and helpful , will be making this my home away from home when time for my relaxing zone

The guest next door was smoking, and it was to much on me as am asthmatic. I made a call to the owners as the smoke sent was too strong for me Also, I don't like the balconies being all into 1 as someone kept walking over being super noisey, which was so annoying to me

Changed apartment

It's a beautiful house with a parking space. So, you don't worry about your car.

First of all, we paid for the apartment with a river view, a balcony and two beds in it. But an owner changed the room when we came. He said the bathroom was broken in our apartment, which was a reason. But we met a housekeeper and she explained that there were people there and we would not be able to stay there. Secondly, the apartment which was provided was for the smokers because the smell was 😖 awful. I can't stand smoke, and that was discomfort for me, and I tried to air out the apartment. The third is there were no kitchen utensils, any tea, coffee, sugar....Nothing. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. We will not back there.
