This is a great hotel! The staff were very friendly and our room was great. Nice size and very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location, with shops and restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay.
The breakfast was not the best, but doable. If there's anything to improve upon it would be this.

Friendly, helpful staff. Answered all my questions and gave me lots of helpful suggestions as I was traveling alone. All of the front desk staff were attentive and went above and beyond to assist guests.
The breakfast buffet was well presented and the food was good. I'm not a breakfast person so it would have been nice to have the water/coffee/tea service in an area where guests could take advantage of it when not purchasing the buffet. It was available after breakfast service was closed. I recently stayed at a competitor's hotel where they had it set up in that manor.

The bagels/ bread seemed stale or very dry, it fresh, the eggs were runny and tasteless, the boiled eggs not cooked long enough, bacon was ok, coffee good, tea choices excellent
The mattress, the blanket, the pillows, the screen had no instruction on use

I love the patio on the 6th floor. We were there during the blues festival and planning on staying here again next year. Everyone was very nice. Breakfast would be better with options of sweet rolls or Danish for an option.
More option with breakfast. Do it's, Danish or sweet cinnamon rolls.

The location was perfect. A very easy and quick walk to the falls.
There is also a great view of the fireworks from the rooftop and the windows near the elevators.
The walls were paper thin. If one person’s alarm went off, we all heard it. If someone’s baby was crying, we all heard it. If someone arrived at 2am and were wheeling their luggage into their rooms, we all heard it.
I also found black hair throughout my room. In the bathroom, the carpet and in my bed sheets! I am blonde.

My granddaughter washed her hair, used the conditioner in the shower and it was thin yellow and wreaked of urine. I let a supervisor know, she had house keeping come change it out after they both smelled it. They agreed it was awful and not the normal conditioner. They were waiting for a manager to investigate. We didn't hear a thing from management. We needed to check out and continue with vacation. My granddaughter is forever creeped out about hotel product. It was quite disgusting. The more I think about it the more upset I am for her. So unexceptable for a Hyatt.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful.
Room clean and bed comfortable. The proximity to Niagara State Park made it seamless to go from hotel to sightseeing.
Not the property’s fault, but the parking garage across the street used for hotel guests is literally crumbling and filthy.

The location was close to Niagara State Park, staff was friendly
Having to pay $10 a day for parking. We had to park across the street in a parking garage on the 3rd floor then walk up and down the stairs because the only *working" elevator was broke. We had to pay for Breakfast. This place was money hungry. One of the beds had blood stains on it. The room had no microwave and only had a small fridge in a cabinet. No bedding was given to us for the sofa bed, we had to ask for that.

Location to American side of falls.
Several dogs barking near our room. Dog peed on a trash can outside the lobby elevator. I don’t have a dog so it wasn’t my favorite. I’d prefer being out on a dog free floor in the future.

Loved the location, friendliness of staff and roominess of the room and the deck to watch the fireworks
For the cost I was disappointed that I had to pay for breakfast.

The staff, especially Warren. He was the sweetest, kindest person. And I don't like people. But him, I literally enjoyed talking to.
The pictures showed that you could see the falls from the balcony. But when we got there and settled in, we went up to the 6th floor, and you couldn't see a damn thing. That was disappointing to my grandson, my sister and me. It was his first trip ever to Niagara Falls.

Staff was overall very helpful and friendly. Room was large. Close to Niagara Falls Park.
Grubby, scary neighborhood. Parking lot was filthy and rundown. Parking process complicated. Breakfast was chaotic. No place to sit. Poorly monitored. Lobby too small and not comfortable at all. Difficult to access the driveway due to tourist activities and road closure.

Because of the conference rooms being used....the terrace was not available to anyone else to view two night! Disappointed with that.

It’s extremely close to the entrance to the park and the falls. You can watch the fireworks from the roof top terrace. It’s not as nice as I was expecting for a Hyatt, but it was fine. It was clean and we had no complaints about the room. The entire area is absolutely terrible, so being as close to the entrance to the park as possible is necessary especially with children. We were also thankful it was close after a long day of walking around. The breakfast was comparable to other hotel breakfasts- we had called ahead to find out the price and were told $11 for adults and kids 12 and under ate free. At the desk at check in, we were told kids 6 and under were free. When we went for breakfast, they asked our room number and said we were all set. On the bill, only my husband and I were charged for breakfast. They didn’t ask our kids ages and they weren’t charged. Not sure if that was a mistake or standard procedure. The selection was decent, 3 kinds of eggs, bacon, French toast, cereals, oatmeal, yogurt fruit breads etc. juice. For an $11 hotel breakfast, there’s really no complaints. I’m not sure why others have complained that you need to ask for bedding for the pull out couch, that’s pretty standard procedure. We asked and they gave it to us right away. We also asked for extra towels and one extra pillow and those were both brought to our room promptly.
We saw the staff cleaning throughout the day. All the common areas were clean and tidy.
The parking situation is extremely sketchy. You park in a parking garage that is terribly run down and falling apart. When my husband parked the car there, he said he would be the only one to go in because of the condition. He did not want myself or the kids anywhere near there. When I had spoken to the hotel after we booked, they said parking was $10 a day. (Other hotels are $30 a day, same for public parking lots). They gave him a ticket to validate any time we left the lot. We were never charged for parking. Again not sure if that was a mistake or standard procedure.
It’s $6 to do a load of laundry. Pretty steep for a 30 minute wash.

The location could not be beat. We did not have to drive at all during our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly and always seemed in a good mood. They were very quick to help if needed. We loved the rooftop for fireworks. We had fun in the pool and they never ran out of towels. Complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were big hits.
Only downside was the beautiful view of the parking garage.

The location is great. Just less tgab 5 min walk to Niagara Falls State Park. Rooftop is also a great place to watch fireworks. It’s close to everything. The tall black guy who checked us in is very friendly and accomodating. He is an asset to the hotel. Just didn’t get his name. The room is clean and looks very nice even the bathroom.
The lady at the bar is not friendly as well as one of female staff doing refill of bacon at breakfast was very stern and snippy. Would wish there is optional microwave inside the room instead of going down near front desk to heat up food.

The location was perfect, close proximity to everything near the border. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the gym/pool was definitely a plus. The staff was nothing short of excellent. From the time we checked in until we left. We couldn’t have been more happier with the service we received!
Overall the experience was great. My only complaint is that the gym did not have an age limit. I was there for a bodybuilding show & I was trying to get my last minute cardio in. While I was on the bike a bunch of young kids came in and were just playing around with everything. That really disturbed my workout. I hope they can maybe change that rule or have to be accompanied by adult.

Nice location.
The HVAC in the rooms is VERY LOUD, the staff forgot to schedule my room cleaning after we requested it, upon arrival the room had not been vacuumed.
