My check-in time was around 3 PM on Aug 10th and reached there at around 4:30 PM. The Lady in the Reception would just Say “I have no rooms available for you to check in as non of the Checked out rooms are cleaned yet” “Place your luggage here in the reception and come back after an hour “. I had no clue what to say, left the hotel and came back after 15 minutes and started questioning the lady, “Ma’am, I am here with 2 kids and I booked the room way in advance and now you say you don’t have any rooms for me”, The Lady “I have rooms but they are not cleaned yet and I can’t do anything about it” …Me “I have a kid with special needs and we travelled around 400 miles to come here and you are saying there are no Rooms”, the Lady with same tone “I have Rooms but they are not Cleaned yet and I can’t do anything about it” Me “ This is Hyatt and is this how Hyatt generally operates, I book in advance and come here and got to hear this?” Finally after 40 mins I got my Room checked in. Now Beauty, No info provided about anything, when the breakfast would be served? Is the breakfast complementary?if not what? No Water bottles served!! It was a super good stay— in a sarcastic way— wouldn’t recommend to people especially with kids with special needs. And yes, I had to go to reception and ask if the Breakfast is complementary she takes my room no, checks on the Laptop and confirms yes it’s complementary. The Very next day they wouldn’t allow me into the dining area and said Breakfast is not covered in my booking. I ended up paying for the breakfast!!!

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place Niagara Falls and found it to be an excellent choice for both convenience and comfort. The hotel’s location is outstanding—just a short walk to Niagara Falls State Park. This makes it easy to explore the Falls and surrounding attractions without needing a car.

I book as top floor but they place which ever floor is available . Waste of money.
