It was a great place, but next time I may try a different one

The location was perfect. The staff was great and the breakfast was good. They were very accommodating. It was clean and decorated nicely for Christmas. Plenty of room to sit for breakfast. I wouldn't rule out staying there again, but I also like trying new places.

I expected to use the pool. We packed bathing suits and had a lot of down time to enjoy the pool. When we got there, we found out it was closed for maintenance. There was a sign. It didn't open the entire week we were there. The staff told us that it was posted on their website. I checked and it was, but I booked it through booking.com, and they had nothing on that website about it being closed. I honestly would have booked somewhere else. We ended up filling in the extra time, but it was disappointing.

The grounds were well-maintained and clean, even with ongoing construction in the area. Staff appeared to make an effort to keep walkways and common areas tidy, and the construction did not significantly affect the overall cleanliness or appearance of the property.

During my stay, staff repeatedly knocked on my door attempting to access the room for cleaning, despite my informing them of a late checkout. These disturbances occurred multiple times, even before the regular checkout time. As I work night shifts and was trying to rest, this caused significant disruption. I initially assumed it was an isolated incident and extended my stay for another day to get proper rest; however, the same issue occurred the following day, and the staff were dismissive and rude when I addressed the matter.

Pool is way too small. 4 or 5 people would be crowded. No hot tub, door jams and locks make too much noise for late night or early morning bathroom use or needs to exit the room without waking other guest in room with me. Tv remote use wasnt easy to use the way its programmed. Parking lot crammed and small, oranges were soft and unedible, no gym, food and drinks way too expensive

Terrible experience

Location

We and my wife checked in late and the room 209 had loud machine noise coming from outside every 1-2 minutes that prevented us from sleep. We called the front desk and they entered the room and confirmed the noise. There was no maintainance person on call and no one could tell where was the noise coming from. The staff told us they cannot help us and they offered ear plugs or checking out at 9pm. We couldn’t do that as we were super tired and it was already late. Both me and my wife did not sleep well because of the noise and this left a very bad taste

Walls and ceilings too thin. I could hear everything going on in other rooms . We were kept awake by the room above us stomping and squeaking. The pantry staff was rude and played loud music and sang loudly

Good location off highway

Staff who checked us in was awful. Price quoted through Booking.com was considerably higher. We chose a pet friendly hotel but pet fee practically doubled the room fee. Front desk employee said she didn’t know how to cancel our reservation when we asked her to. She was incredibly rude and totally useless.

Not impressed for being a 8.6 star

The first staff that checked us in was very very pleasant. The noise of people running and walking above our room was loud from 1am to 4am causing lack of sleep and doors slamming late in the evening. The staff that checked us out was not pleasant and had a bad attitude like she hated her job. Won’t stay there ever again.

Staff were friendly and the location was easy to find had a great breakfast and general vibe was relaxed. The views out weren't amazing but for location it couldn't be beaten. On the main strip, near a bunch of convenience and near the border.

Clean room, swimming pool, and great breakfast. Staff were nice up at desk. Great location for easy access to I-290 and to the centre of Niagara Falls.

No business centre with computers and printers like some other Hampton Inns and hotels we dstayed at, That is about it. Otherwise a great hotel.

The place is not only pretty but also clean. The staff kind and knowledgeable. I like the fact there is a pool and a laundry room available to all guests. Breakfasts are delicious! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
