It was ok

The room smelled of cigarette smoke, although this is a non-smoking hotel, and there was hair in the tub. Room not thoroughly cleaned.

The bed was very comfortable but the room wasn't large enough. Everything was clean though and the staff very nice. It was a nice property for the dog to walk a bit.

It was just okay room. Size was also small and a bit disappointed with staff behaviour as requested for one delay checkout time and i was straight forward refused.. So many other option available l.. Not recommended.

I had a pleasant, relaxing, and peaceful stay.

The staff were very personable and friendly. The property and rooms were very clean.

The breakfast could’ve had more of a variety. Had the same breakfast selection for the two days I stayed.

Rooms are tight and e smelling bad. Bedsheets and quilts are torn and stains on them. The hotel staff is not good. They kept pushing us for breakfast time even when we have a toddler with us. Breakfast is ok ok.

Punish for doing the right thing

I was charged extra for something that the cleaning staff is responsible for. A friend had to much too much to drink the night before, and the breakfast that was serve in the morning didn't go well with him and ended throwing up in a garbage pail just outside the breakfast hall. We were charged $150 for throwing up in a garbage pail. I think we are owed a refund of $150 for doing the right thing throwing up in a garbage pail rather all over the breakfast hall. It's a shame that the Hotel did this. Very disappointed. Besides that, garbage is littered by the side entrance which doesn't work. Not be going back to this establishment.

Only 10 mins ride to Niagara state park. Good breakfast (scramble, waffles, yoghurts, oats). Reasonable price.

Why not make it beautiful?

The bed was comfortable The breakfast was good. The manager was very nice and sweet! The Location made it easy to find and gave good access to finding attractions and food. The room was clean.

This has nothing to do with the property, the town of Niagra Falls is really old and it shows. I would think that a tourist trap like this would be in much better repair seeing that millions of dollars are spent here every year. I suspect the city managers are not good stewards of the funds that come in through taxes. My assessment of this dirty little town may be harsh, but people from all over the world come to see the falls and I am sure they wonder why is everything so run down with so much money coming in.

Overall I would stay again because of how easy check in and out was and the staff’s kindness.

The staff were so kind and accommodating to any request. They were very grateful for our business and we were thankful for their service.

The cleanliness. The towels, the sheets and the bathroom of the room were not as clean. In the bathroom the toilet, shower and sink were as clean as I’d expect. I unfortunately saw a small roach in the bathroom on my last night but I didn’t make a big fuss about it. The elevator had a bad smell.

Pleasant stay. Hotel manager was great!

The manager was so attentive and friendly and helpful. Pulling out additional meal items for the breakfast after some things ran out. The overall room decor could be updated. Overall pleasant experience for one night stay on a weekend trip to enjoy the falls.
