Check in was fast, very affordable for a quick trip to Niagara Falls.

Location.

Guest room bed was very uncomfortable, things were falling apart in the room, some liter on property.

Not worth the price.

Excellent location to shops and food!

Bed very uncomfortable and bedding was disgusting had to ask for new sheets. Luckily I always bring my own pillow and blanket with me. Bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Toilet was dirty and I dropped something next to the bed had to move the night stand found cigarette ashes and nut shells on the floor.

Not a pleasant stay

Property quality check needs to be done properly . I fail to understand how did they even give a room to stay when the shower is not working & faulty. Paid $153 for a stay which is not at par with the quality that it carries . I have proof & evidence on the issue that I had encountered in the shower area. The staff at the reception on the morning of 5 October was very rude .

Overall we enjoyed our stay, just thought it was overpriced for what we experienced.

We liked the swimming pool, bathroom essentials if needed. Refrigerator and microwave. Liked that it wasn't too far from the falls and not hard to find.

There was a dirty microwave and dresser drawers. Our biggest concern was the sliding door for emergency fire escape was missing the handle so if there was a fire the door wouldn't have been easy to open. No counter with microwave and fridge.

It was clean and comfortable but not worthy of the price I paid. No amenities were working, everything seemed to be fake

It was clean and nearby to other grocery shops.

Almost no amenities were working. Microwave was not working, air conditioning was poor for such a big room of 3 beds. Only one ice machine across the whole lodge. Even wifi wasn’t connecting.

The property is not clean and and when they said non smoking it still smells cigarette. The whole structure and fixtures are old and worn out.

The place is infested with bed bugs and when telling the staff she said room 132 didn’t looked shocked.

It was dirty and the drains didn’t work properly when we went to take a bath hair shaving came back up from the drain

It was close to I90, so it was easy to get places. Reasonable price.

I had to ask for a hair dryer since the one in the bathroom wasn't in the holder. The patio door needed oiling, it wouldn't open. Motel definitely needs some updating!

Room was not in great condition and had to move between rooms. Room heater was not working and lacked with cleanliness.
