The literal only problem i had with my staybwas the fact that youbas a company had the AUDACITY to charge me a staying guest $30 for parking?!?!?!?!?! That is absolutely absurd do you charge your guests to use the pool when its open as well???? Speaking of it would have been nice to be informed about the closed pool BEFORE i rented this room. Everything else was ok

Side door left ajar overnight putting all of us at risk. Pot smoking on outdoor patio was disgusting and the smoke came thru the window left open at the top of the stairs. The properties being updated so I won’t speak about worn out surfaces. The ac unit was loud - too loud. No luggage rack! Sheets put in be so sleeper couldn’t pull sheets to chin. Get bigger sheets or shorter beds pool closed for renovations but price not modified to reflect that lost amenity

Convenient to major attractions, quiet, safe

My husband slipped getting into the shower, fell broke the toilet seat( he is 81 years old, no history of falls) so after the fact we noticed that there was no bat mat and the grab bar is located up in front of the shower by the faucet. Helping him up from the bloody wet floor I noticed how filthy it was under the sink and in the corners. And the phone in our room did not work to call the front desk. Number on phone was 106, we were in 310. Reported this in the morning, no bath mats available and no accessible rooms available. My husband took sink baths after this No towels available in pool area, bathroom in pool area closed and locked

Terrible. My son wouldn’t even eat the breakfast. There was a person using the key card to try and get in my room at 4:30am. Wouldn’t leave. Muriel people just having sex all around. No consideration! Even after knocking on the wall. Dirty. I asked for more towels was only given two each day for a room of 4 people. My hair dryer was inoperable.
