Good Location, value for the money

The location was very close to the attractions, it was clean and comfy.

I was surprised that I had to pay for the parking. The staff were not as friendly as I would expect them to be.

Just to sleep

Room had a dirty wash clothes over the shower hanging from the last stay. Dirty sheets on one bed. Room felt tilted and.ths drawer of our dresser kept opening. Beds were hard .last the bathroom floor was dirty also had string from customers before us.

The room was very spacious, clean and bed is very comfortable. The breakfast were very good! Bathroom was very clean, had a great supply of clean towels. we liked the hotel very much.

I don't know if it's possible at this point, but the soundproof of the rooms could be better. we had our room linked to the other with the door. The guys in the next room, who came very late at night, were talking normally, but we could hear every word.

The breakfast was so-so. I was reprimanded for filling up a water bottle (with water) from a beverage dispenser. Really? I had to pay to park in the hotel lot. This was not indicated in the booking.com description. It was off-season and the parking lot was not close to being full.

Proximity to the falls, safe & secure place with breakfast included. On duty manager has an excellent trouble shooting manner clarifying any questions we posed. She is knowledgeable and works with the customers. Thank you.

A few counter staff members seemed rather abrupt in their manner although it might have been unintentional. Kettles in each room required to cater to tea drinkers. Not everyone has coffee.

I don’t usually right reviews, but this one made an extra effort to be the worst hotel I’ve ever been to! Read below

Worst experience ever! Starting with less than friendly staff who turned into sarcastic passive aggressive regarding the main issue where I booked a room for 6 people (2 queen beds + sofa bed) and there wasn’t bedsheets or pillows for everyone, as it was something out of this world that the sofa bed needs sheets, pillows and blankets for who would sleep there! When asked, staff said that was not their problem, and when I said they should escalate to upper management they said it didn’t matter, and cherry on top of the cake was the “No one cares!” that I received as a reply to I would make sure the leave a review about it. And when you think the nightmare ended there, brace yourself! The bathroom was disgusting (see pictures below), no water pressure and dirty in the corners. I was not brave enough to try the breakfast, woke up at 7am and got out of there as soon as I could. I would never imagine I would experience all that, the price was higher than average and it was not a red flag, but they clearly charge you more by headcount, but don’t care (their words not mine) to offer the bare minimum!!!

Location is walkable distance to Niagara Falls, there is also a tour concierge in the lobby.

The breakfast is very basic and not of high quality. It was chaos every morning and a lot of families with kids running around because there wasn't enough places to sit and eat, and the dining area is laid out very poorly with bottlenecks that people have to pass each other very closely to get to the food. We chose this place over others because it offered free breakfast and it was not worth it. Hallways were swept but the sweeping piles were left for days without being actually picked up. Pool was nice but can get crowded very quick especially with the large families that were staying at our hotel. One of our beds was broken. The cable box was dangling from the TV so that the remote wouldn't even work, we had to prop it up on the Ice bucket. The attached Moes restaurant is poorly kept/staffed and one of the worst ones I've ever been to.

The room was ok. The main door to the room didn't work properly. As in, it didn't close. Had to manually pull the door shut. Everytime we left the room. Had to get new keys half of the days we were there. Upon arrival, the bathroom needed deep cleaned. The tile was stained yellow. The shower drain was missing. We stayed for 6 days, the staff didn't clean our room once. Infact, they gave us a trash bag so we can take out our own trash.

I won't be back

The breakfast was very good and well-stocked. The location is very good, as it's very close to the Falls, so you can easily walk there. The room is large and has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, and ironing board.

The floors in the rooms are very light, so when you walk upstairs, there's a horrible noise from below. We had some upstairs guests running from one side to the other, and the noise was infernal. The bed next to the window is very, very close to the air conditioner, so you can't get out of bed comfortably, and the air hits you directly on that side of the bed—horrible. The pool was a disappointment; the place is super hot, like a sauna, and the water is cold. I was going to have a heart attack.

Impressive and clean rooms near the falls

The room was huge, the bed was perfect after a long day of exploration and the hotel was perfectly placed to visit all attractions in the American side of Niagara and also close to the Rainbow Bridge to reach Canada. A very good value for the paid money.

Not a bad thing itself, just for awareness, if you reach the hotel earlier, there is an early check-in fee that you need to pay if you want the room earlier (we reached the hotel just 1 hour before check-in time). We did not pay for this as we opted to leave our luggage in the hotel storage area which was free of charge, so everybody was happy.

The staff during check in was pleasant. The room upon arrival was very nice and the handicap accessibility for my mother was very nice.

The room was not cleaned daily, the restroom was not cleaned nor the traah removed, I actually went to the service desk and had to ask for a trash bag as it was over flowing on the floor and bathroom. The coffee supplies where not replenished. I was not upset about the beds not being made and I read the sign on the door about not repleshing the towels- but the lack of cleaning was very disturbing, when I left there was a large bag of trash for disposal as the staff did clean our room daily. On our last day at breakfast since there was no staff overseeing the guests, a man actually reached into the pancake pan with his hand, took a pancake and shoved it into his mouth, I looked at him in shock. All of the above was relayed to the lady at the desk, she informed me that she didnt know what to say, but that the staff do not clean rooms daily nor remove the trash unless a call the office and said this should have been told to me at check in. Well since she was the one who checked me iin - then she is at fault. Notice that there was no comment on supervising the breakfast area. It was like feeding time at the zoo. Will I stay here again, no I will not.

The staff is attentive and friendly. Hotel The hotel is 10 minutes from Niagara falls. Hotel has its own parking.

First day we had some issues with vibration and noise in our room. We ask manager and she changed for another room. There's not so clean in the bathroom. We some dust on the mattress. Ventilation in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast wasn't so good as I hope. There were no waffles (made yourself), bagels, yoghurt (I so it once) but I couldn't get it. There were also no lids for the coffee cups to take away.
