I stayed for New Year’s Eve/Day and it was a wonderful getaway

Definitely would recommend and will be going back again in the spring or summer.

The location was not far from our destinations. Also the restaurant and the bar in the hotel were absolutely amazing. The bartenders were what made our whole stay worth it. They were personable and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. The food was great also. I have celiac disease and the restaurant at the hotel had several options for me to eat and it was some of the best gluten free food I’ve ever eaten.

Great stay!

It was quite peaceful most nights, close to everything.You can walk to see everything. Enjoyed the free delishes cookies. Pool was great to.

Thursday night noise from the other guest was pretty loud at all hours of the night. From children running the hall to hearing people talking. . Mon Tues Wed is the days to travel.

I was disappointed with the facility as I expected much more for $342 per night.

Didn't like the buffet breakfast. It didn't live up to the $20 charge for it. Was very disappointed. Hope improvements are made in the future for me to recommend this hotel.

I felt the breakfast buffet did not live up to the $20 expense. Most of the food was hard, the bacon tastes like it had been sitting in grease, the pancakes and biscuits were hard. Overall, most of the food taste like leftovers from the day before. I was very disappointed. However, the breakfast off on the menu was decent. Additionally, the beds were hard to sleep on, and the sheets had stains on them. The housekeeping staff had to change them and add new sheets. Also, the pillows need to be replaced as they were too soft and flat.

The bed was hard, one of the front desk clerks was very rude and not nice. Did like the fact that I had to pay to park at the hotel I was staying at. Dinner was ok at the Parkway Prime but the amount of money not worth it.

Everything was exceptional from the location to the friendliness and cleanliness. Even the layout (having the pool and gym on a completely separate floor) was incredibly nice. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Niagara Falls!

Staff was amazing! Room view was exceptional and clean. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was delivered quickly, very clean and food was delicious! They gave us extra chocolate chip cookies to take home on our checkout! Highly recommend!

They have very big rooms, and good facilitators. They have a good indoor SPA. Good location, walking distance to waterfalls American side. And it is quite close to center as well. Many restaurants around the hotels. But we are in low seasons, some of them are closed service.

Property location is very approachable and very close to main attraction point.

Staff is non cooperative, I personally felt they are not giving respect to Indian tourist. Hotel is not providing water bottle in room, so guest have to buy from reception desk.

Overall fairly clean, people were nice, but did not meet my expectations.

The hotel was way overpriced and outdated. The pictures are misleading, probably taken when the location first opened. Many pictures show a water view, but we had a parking lot view. The AC unit was very loud and the water tank in the fitness center was empty. Breakfast was not included.

Great stay for falls vacation

I asked for balcony and view of the river and they gave us the room on the end 4th floor with balcony so we could see the river. It was also a short walk to the pathway of the falls. It was a great vacation.

The balcony did have some cobwebs out there but we just tried to sweep them away. We only had one roll of toilet tissue so we had to go to the desk to get more as we were staying 4 days.

Close proximity to the Falls and within walking distance along the river. Very picturesque and not directly in the downtown hustle and bustle.

I saw reviews of the rooms being very dusty. Upon check-in our king river view room was also dusty. I wiped it down myself and by the next day the room furnishings were dusty again which we realized it must be the air filtration in the room, and not maybe not due to housekeeping. The hotel apologized and gave us 25.00 meal voucher. The beds were hard but pillows were nice. Also, on our 2nd day there while leaving for the attractions housekeeping was just standing and sitting in the hallway goofing off and on their phones , not seeming to be working and they had been hanging in a one spot for a while.
