Breakfasts were excellent. Choice of cooked breakfast plus cereals, pastries, fresh fruit and an outstanding selection of teas. The hotel staggered breakfast times, which suited us and made the dining room less hectic. The hotel is located less than a 5-minute walk from a great view of the Niagara Falls on the Canadian side. It is a 10-minute walk to the USA!! Our room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the Niagara River. And what was great was that the pastries, cereals, tea and coffee were free to help oneself all day. Ample free parking on site, really close to the entrance door with lifts to all floors. Finally, staff were very friendly and helpful with all our questions. Special thanks to Jenny & Amy.
Really minor point, but a slightly wider selection of cereals would have been nice. And perhaps the lift "ping" and door closing mechanisms could be quietened a little as they were easily heard in our room.

Beautifully furnished and decorated room and bathroom. Spacious double shower. We loved the balconies in our room. The entire hotel is very clean and elegant. Great breakfast included as well. Only a short and scenic walk to Niagara Falls.
