Quiet place close to the falls

Great place in an old house in the quiet part of Niagara Falls. It’s half a block from the rim and only 15-20 minutes walk to the bridge where all the falls action start. Nice room, a very friendly host - and one of the best b&b breakfast I’ve ever had.

The best place ever - highly recommended!

The hospitality! Raj and Vindia were absolutely wonderful ! The rooms and the entire premises were beautiful. You can feel the pride they take in their place by the beautiful gardens and the work they have put into it. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return some time. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great B&B to stay in nice area.

Easy check in with coded door access. Communication was great. Room was cozy and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and specialized to your request. Breakfast included fresh fruit and pastries. Location was quiet and within walking distance of the falls and tourist areas. The hostess was friendly and helpful. I look forward to visiting again.

What a wonderful place to stay in Downtown Niagara Falls. Our host Vindhya was so lovely and always responded to our correspondence. Our room was spotlessly clean and our super big bed was so so comfy. Plenty of hot water and good wifi. And nice to have a refrigerator. The breakfasts were scrumptious. Do yourself a favour and stay here when visiting the Falls.

Perfect place to stay when visiting the falls area.

Good location on a quiet street with plenty of off street parking. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Hostess is very friendly and an exceptional chef. Breakfast provided was a quality hand crafted meal using fresh ingredients, not an off the shelf prepackaged meal like you get at other places. Check in and check out process went very smoothly.

Very clean and cozy bed and breakfast. Host was very friendly and breakfast provided was great! Location is good, close enough to the main Falls area to walk/drive but far enough away where it's quiet and secluded. You can tell the place is very well taken care of and it was a lovely time.

Very nice place and location near Wego bus service

Vindia was very pleasant host and took good care of us during our visit. She even offered to switch our room as it was upstairs and my wife has mobility issues. We survived! Offered to drive us to bus pickup location on departure day to help with luggage, etc.

Ensuite toilet would be better if it was the newer higher model for people with mobility issues but was fine

We would stay there again even thought it 2 miles from the Canadian Falls. $15.00 at Skylon Parking.

The owner is on site and prepares excellant breakfasts. Her pancakes are light and fluffly so I ordered them 2 days in a row. We took the Executive Apartment next door. It had a washer and dryer which we really needed after 14 days on the road. I could not get the washer to start up and when I reported it shortly before leaving for the day, the owner not only started it and explained what I had missed, but put the cleaned laundry in the dryer for us. All with a smile. In a quiet neighborhood steps away from the River Road to all the excitement.

Note that the 15 steps up to the apartment are a bit steep, but a strong rail to grip.

Great friendly and helpful hostess. Nice quiet location. You can hear the birds chirping. It’s very clean and comfortable. I’m very sensitive to a new bed but I slept well there. Breakfast was delicious and a big variety of food to satisfy various needs. The place is close to a bus stop so easy to get around. No need of a car & parking.

Great host & Conveniently located but needs some updates

The host Vindhya is extremely pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and cooked to order. The location is very close to the WEGO bus stop too.

The king size bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t feel comfortable using the private patio space for a variety of reasons. Despite turning on the air conditioning unit, it was extremely hot and stuffy during our stay. The a/c unit also needed to be turned off completely when we left the room, which made it much warmer upon returning.

Our stay was wonderful, comfortable and so very pleasant. The breakfast and all treats and fruit were fresh and enjoyable and served by "Vindia" who was warm and friendly and accommodating to our every need. Our room was neat and clean and quaint. We never ran out of hot water and the A/C worked well when needed. We would definitely visit again.

We were sorry we had to leave and return to reality.

Very nice spacious apartment in a good location. Walkable to the falls in about 20 mins yet nicely away from the very busy areas. Queen St a 7/8 min walk has bar/restaurant options. Great breakfast provided by the friendly host.

The host was amazing. The breakfasts that were provided were delicious and home cooked. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The location is walking distance from the GO station as well as the VIA rail station. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
