Room: the room was excellent, well arranged, super clean and felt refreshing and homey.
Bathroom: neat and clean, super hot water with great pressure and extra towels.
Breakfast: fresh breakfast cooked based off the time you decide to come down for breakfast + options for tea, coffee, juice and pastries + the dining area was well kept and neatly arranged.
Staff: the host was extremely friendly and happy to answer all questions.
Parking: off street parking with enough space.
Location: 1 min walk to get on the Niagara River Parkway to walk along the river and only a 20 minute walk to the falls lookout. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood.
Extra: we were planning to get there later than the checking time and the host stayed in touch to ensure we had no issues getting in. the living room also has flyers to local attractions to plan trips.

The host Vindhya is extremely pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and cooked to order. The location is very close to the WEGO bus stop too.
The king size bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. We didn’t feel comfortable using the private patio space for a variety of reasons. Despite turning on the air conditioning unit, it was extremely hot and stuffy during our stay. The a/c unit also needed to be turned off completely when we left the room, which made it much warmer upon returning.
