We had a lovely stay at Bedham Hall B&B, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean. John was a fantastic host, very friendly and helpful, he even gave us a lift to the coach station at the end of our stay! The breakfast was delicious too. The location is perfect as it’s only a short walk to the falls. Would definitely recommend staying here, was much nicer than staying in a hotel as we felt very at home.

The location was perfect for us, we were actually able to walk to the event we were attending. John was very attentive and a great host. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had been recently renovated. The breakfast was good with a few choices available.
We were fine but be aware that if you have mobility issues you're probably best not to book a room on the third floor.

Excellent breakfasts with fruit, pastries, eggs and Canadian bacon. Ping is a very nice chef!
Liked having a small refrigerator in the room.
Shower was updated and attract.
Lighting in bathroom could be better to put on makeup.

It was so clean and inviting, Joyce the host was so lovely and we had a delicious breakfast every morning! The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the room was immaculate.
