It was so clean and inviting, Joyce the host was so lovely and we had a delicious breakfast every morning! The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the room was immaculate.

Exceptional B&B Experience

This is by far the best B&B we’ve ever stayed at — we were truly impressed. Joyce and John are exceptional hosts who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The Victorian-style design is beautifully thought out, well maintained, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was absolutely superb. We’ll definitely return whenever we’re in the area.

Charming and Comfortable Stay

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. The little details like luxurious lavender handsoap and thick robes add to the place's charm. The home cooked breakfast was so delicious and plentiful with fresh fruits and freshly baked pastries. Joyce was an amazing host. Location was also superb. We enjoyed our stay.

The refrigerator would sometimes be a bit noisy for some reason.

Excellent first experience at a B & B. We felt like we were part of Joyce's extended family.

Joyce was welcoming. It was our first B&B experience. Joyce gave us a tour of the house and little bit of history. She help us figure out were to eat, and how to get to our excursion we had prepaid for. The room was beautiful and matched the history of the house. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful.

I just found it so relaxing. I would defintely go back.

Everything was amazing. We were upgraded to a big apartment with a jacuzzi and were provided with clean linens, towels and even bathrobes. We had access to a TV and a coffee maker and the couches and bed were very comfortable. Joyce was such a superb host. She was so welcoming and graceful. And the breakfast was topnotch. It felt great to be staying in this beautiful and authentic B&B.

The AC was on a timer and though that isn't usually a problem, there was a change in temperature that was quite noticeable.

Perfection

I have never stayed in a B&B and was very excited to try it— this far exceeded any expectation I had! My daughter and I traveled here to view the Falls and we were so happy we chose this for our stay! I suffered ear issues from our flight and had another medical issue on our first day so I had to stay in bed all day— the host, Joyce was so kind and caring and helped my daughter locate a good pharmacy. Thank goodness I was better the second day— I was able to enjoy the OUTSTANDING freshly prepared, very high quality food they serve for breakfast! It was amazing!! If you are a flower/plant lover as I am, you will love their flower garden and fountain area— so pretty! The historic home is gorgeous , well decorated and extremely clean! The bed was very comfortable, high quality linens, pillows and towels. We had a 5am flight on our departure day and Joyce kindly offered to bring us fruit, pastries and nuts for us to take with us to the airport— if we could give this a 15 on a scale of 1-10, we would!! This was the best and probably cannot be found at another B&B!

Charming B&B Close to the Falls

An excellent, charming, historic B&B in the Niagra Falls neighborhood of smaller b&b's. Situated right on the Niagra Falls boulevard - a short 1-mile walk to the park sites, or a few hundred feet away the shuttle bus stop. The home is lovely and historic, with a lot of old-fashioned charm, though renovated and clean and comfortable. The staff is really welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. We had a great stay, and would recommend this B&B to others visting the Niagra Falls.

Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean. Rooms were large, comfy king size bed, updated bathroom with rain shower. Joyce our host was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast cooked to order daily, also homemade cakes were delicious. Would highly recommend staying here

You can‘t find a better B&B

Honestly the best B&B we ever booked ! Joyce is an amazing and friendly host. We really enjoyed our stay of two nights. The breakfast is amazing and we got to choose from 3 different menus (toast with canadian bacon and scrambled eggs or an omelette or eggs benedict) which are then freshly made. Fresh fruits are also available at every breakfast as well as coffee and tea. You can access a fridge with beverages at any time in the dining room filled with water and other beverages and even yoghurt was available. The property is close to the Niagara falls with a nice walkway leading directly to the falls. At night you can enjoy your sleep as everything is very quiet. The rooms are perfectly clean and have everything you need. Thank you for having us in your beautiful house !

We arrived so late than we’re supposed to be, but welcomed so nicely and treated us so well with heavenly delicious light bites. So nice room status and perfect vibes. I strongly recommend you if you have plans to visit Canada to see the falls.
