    Great view of the falls and fireworks at night but the room isn't very clean, stains on the couch and carpets. Def a convenient option if being close to everything matters more than having standout cleanliness and amenities.

    We loved everything about this hotel! It is right in the heart of the action, just a few steps away from the falls. I recommend requesting for a higher floor. Ours was on the 17th Floor and we didnt have any issues on the elevator as there was a few dedicated elevators for those staying from 14F and above. Really good value for money!

    booked a Fallsview room for two nights, which was the main reason I chose this hotel. When I checked in at 8 PM, after my credit card had already been charged for the deposit, the asian receptionist told me that Fallsview rooms were fully booked and only inside-view room left now. She said she will compensate with complimentary breakfast cost $50, as if breakfast could replace the view we specifically paid for. Since it was already late, we had no choice but to stay. The room was disappointing, not only it face the HVAC equipment, but it was also much smaller than the room we booked. It feels like this hotel assumes its prime location gives it the right to treat customers however it wants. Extremely disappointing service and experience.
