Convient location, lots of food and activities in hotel
Room wasn’t clean, was moldy, elevators were extremely backed up, over priced

Upon arrival we were greeted by Tony, Valet Service....very friendly, welcoming and courteous.....his interaction set the perfect mood for our 2 day stay. Very comfortable rooms, exceptional service and all amenities available. We had an amazing view of the falls from our room. We only stay here, it is our #1 hotel spot when in Niagara Falls Canada.....well done....see you in a few months.....
When our trip was over.....lol

The view of the falls was the only nice thing.
Partying all around you all the time, not family friendly, unless your kids are almost adults. They’ve put random charges onto my Mastercard, that don’t add up to any of their fees (parking, waterpark, ect) and apparently they’re valet service damages cars and refuses to make amends with the guest. Don’t trust this place, there’s better places to stay that will treat you better.

The thing I liked most is the location of the hotel, everything is within walking distance.
I was disappointed with the level of service that was provided:
- The room and bathroom were not clean upon arrival.
- The room was not cleaned at any point during my stay (3 nights, 4 days).
- Checkout one hour past the regular time was denied; a fee plus tax was requested.
- Parking fees was unreasonably high.
- I was charged for extra occupancy, luckily I noticed it on the bill and asked for a refund (and received it).

Spacious rooms and clean. Very close to Niagara Falls
My room was allocated next to a function room, there was a party/function on and it was extremely noisy. Hotel should have warned guests beforehand . Very busy hotel, long waits to check in

It was clean . They upgraded our room free
We got a Jacuzzi bathtub and it didn’t work. They never gave us the options to switch rooms

The room was lovely. We booked an upper floor with a falls view. Pricier but worth it to us.
Nice sitting area with fireplace.
There’s a bar fridge, ice machines and communal microwave on odd numbered floors.
I like that there are 4 real glasses in the room, not just disposable cups, which they had as well. Would like real mugs as well, not just disposable cups.
Coffee for the machine was decent enough, would prefer a Keurig compatible machine. We always bring our own reusable Keurig cups and coffee just in case a room has them.
Great location with the indoor connection to the Rainforest restaurant, Hardrock Cafe, there’s a whole arcade including bumper cars and even a little food court area a bit further away, but still inside connection. Connected to a water park but we didn’t use it.
The lobby has a Starbucks, a bar and a huge gift shop, that also has bathing suits, even in January.
Clifton Hill is right beside the hotel (best to access through doors to the outside beside the Rainforest Cafe) with all kinds of arcades, the Sky Wheel, go carting (indoor during the winter as well) and restaurants, nicer ones and fast food options.
Loved the soaps, lotion and shampoo.
Rooms were quiet, there was a hockey tournament on with parents and kids staying at the hotel. While we could hear them being noisy in the corridor once everyone was in their rooms I didn’t hear any noise from the other rooms.
The pool on site is really small. Also no change rooms for the pool. Quite a number of years ago we stayed at the other hotel connected to this grouping and the pool was really a decent size and expected something similar.
My daughter and friends were disappointed (15 and 16 year olds) but luckily they really enjoyed Clifton Hill.
To be honest I would prefer the hotel not to bother offering a pool if this is all there is.
We still loved the hotel but if someone is looking for a hotel with a good pool, this isn’t the option for them.

Location, room and room view
Didn’t deliver the quality they advertised. The coffee was not good in the room, old drip machine. There was an issue with the door lock, the waiters at the buffet breakfast were not courteous when we moved to a better table by the window, although several tables by the window were empty, and didn’t serve us. The pool was terrible and smelly, and we were told the sauna/steam is all booked despite the Fallsview resort voucher we had. The toilet flush in the room was not working properly. The neighbouring room was very noisy at night.

Location and view was amazing.
We were hit with multiple additional charges that were never discussed or requested, and the staff’s attitude when questioned was extremely disappointing. We were charged for parking despite never asking for or agreeing to it, and also charged for “additional occupancy.” Both charges were $100 per day of our stay, plus fees and taxes.
When I queried these charges, I was made to feel like the hotel was doing me a favour by agreeing to remove them, when they never should have been applied in the first place. As of writing this review, I am still waiting for the funds to be refunded. If they are not reversed within 10 business days, I will be lodging a formal complaint.
My advice: review every single charge carefully. The billing is presented in a confusing printout, and the amounts withdrawn from my account (five transactions so far) do not clearly match the figures shown. I now have to go through everything line by line just to reconcile what’s been taken. It should not be this difficult.

The staff went out of their way to ensure a great visit, lots of activities for the kids, great restaurants and waterpark onsite! It felt like being on a resort! Felt like a mini Vegas for kids!
Instead of shower slippers, they should consider having disposable flip flops for guests who forgot theirs for the waterpark!

It was our first time staying at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel with my family, and it was an amazing experience in every way. The service, food, view, amenities, staff, and location were all excellent.
10.0 / 10.0
The room view was exceptional, the room size was fantastic, can't say anything about how the hotel and room were clean.
The hotel location is amazing and the staff was great.
The indoor pool is very small to the size of the hotel with too much chlorine in it.

Everyone is very pleasant and helpful as it should be yet other hotels I’ve been to have a way of making you feel like you’re an inconvenience. Location is great. So much can be accessed indoors including the waterpark, arcade a few restaurants, casino and much more. You’re right next to the falls and Clifton Hill. Fallsview dinning buffet is awesome. We really loved it for the breakfast. The Sheraton staff were amazing. They would tuck in our daughter’s plush toys. Made our daughter very happy.
Not a dislike but would be nice to know when checking in that you can buy dinner vouchers at the front desk and save some money. We also purchased passes for the water park and received a free family ticket to a cool magic show. We had no idea this was an option.

Too expensive.

The hotel has an amazing view and location—you can clearly see both Niagara Falls and the U.S. Falls. Truly breathtaking.
The hotel doesn’t have its own parking for guests, the hotel fees are quite expensive, and some of the amenities are not working.

Clean, bell hop very nice and great location.
Cold water in room. Cold breakfast buffet. Beds were hard. Fireplace didn’t work in room and toilets were too low to the floor.

Located in a perfect spot to view the falls and the nightly fireworks.
Street outside could be a little noisy but that stopped before it got really late.

Tap in room wouldn’t turn off properly.

This property is located within walking distance of the Skylon Tower, Behind the Falls (Horseshoe Falls), directly across the street from where you catch the boat for the falls (city cruise). It is right beside all the restaurants and activities of Clifton Hill and the views from the Fallsview rooms is amazing. You can access the casino, arcade, waterpark and restaurants without going outside.

OK, so this is an expensive hotel but it is absolutely worth it. We took a room with a high floor for one night and did not regret it. They let us check in early which was a lovely touch as we arrived early from Toronto.
The hotel was a lot more modern than I expected and was very impressive.
The view was incredible and we were able to watch the fireworks from the room.
The pool area is lovely, although all the tables were roped off and not in use which felt a shame.
Nothing!

I loved the view. It was spot on for a view of the waterfalls and the fireworks.
I found the room noisy. Between a child jumping and running a marathon above me and other neighbours on the floor leaving their door open it wasn’t that relaxing.
10.0 / 10.0
The view. The hotel room. The staff member who helped us.
That Booking.com did not clearly indicate that a park view was actually a garden view.
8.0 / 10.0
The view from room was lovely, and the location was fantastic.
The room was big and neat
The shower and the toiletries were good as well
The breakfast was nice
the waiting area was nice.
There was no shower cap or the vanity pack

The view was unbelievable, especially in our room. We had a King Fallsview room on the side of the building and had a perfect view of both falls and Clifton Hill. Everything in the hotel was clean, staff was very friendly. Possibly the best hotel location in Niagara Falls, literally right next to everything!
Parking was rather expensive

Sink and toilet drains took a while to drain after use.

Had a lot of things to do close by. Liked the rooftop bar and pool.
Was not pleased to find out parking was 45 a night extra. Was not far from the elevator and could hear it during the morning as wall as an unknown thumping.

You can not beat this location for seeing Niagra Falls (make sure you book the falls view room)
We stayed for a few days and housekeeping missed our room on two days. They finish at 4pm so if you don’t notice until later it won’t be made up and you’ll need to request towels.
