Even though my English isn't very good, the staff kindly guided me through the check-in process and explained everything with great patience. Furthermore, the room was absolutely perfect and truly impressed both my spouse and me. We are filled with nothing but gratitude. Thank you so very much!

I really enjoyed the view and location is awesome. The staff is friendly and very helpful.
The room had a fireplace but it was not strong enough to heat up the room. The whether was below 50 degrees. We call to find out why we couldn't turn up the heat. They sent two different people to check out why the heat wasn't blowing. We tried to turn up the heat to the room and from what we was told it's controlled by the facility. If you go when it's cold bring a space heater to be comfortable in the room. From what we was told many was complaining it was cold in the rooms. That's my only complaint.
