    Ours was a standard room with 2 queen beds. Room & bathroom seemed to have undergone an overhaul hence we are very pleased with the new & most importantly clean & well maintained condition. The room is large & has plenty of space for our baggages. Lobby is an indoor courtyard with some of the rooms overlooking it & a mini pool near the lift entrance. Breakfast is simple in the form of cereals & milk, a mcmuffin burger & the usual coffee/tea. Walking distance to the falls within 15 mins & 20mins if a slow stroll. Overall we enjoyed our short stay & would like to come back again.

    Stayed 1 night on July 02, 2026. There was an issue during booking. The staff and the manager dealt with it in a very professional way smoothly. We satisfy everything in the hotel and are highly recommended. Thank you so much.

    The place is decent for family, we stayed in 1st for/ground flr, pretty quiet, room is spacious and clean, towels are not brand new, but kept nice and clean, they give new towels everyday, so that's convenient. We didn't try the pool. I think it's ok. We spent most of our enjoying Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill. So many places to go and see! Skylon Tower's our favorite! We love our stay here at Clifton, the staff are approachable, price room is reasonable, breakfast - egg or sausage sandwich, coffee, juices, cereals and apples are available. Pretty intentional and straightforward place. If you're looking for fancy this is not the place for you. This place is practical and not for fussy people. Definitely, it's walking distance to Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls.

    The hotel had signs posted saying updates were coming soon, but even those signs were old and scuffed up. It clearly was a nice hotel about 30 years ago. Today it has a leaky roof, janky elevators, and really loud air conditioners that can't cool the rooms properly. They advertise an included breakfast, but that breakfast was the worst I've ever had. They stand over you with an actual security guard to make sure you don't take too much, and you can only walk through once. Not that you'd want to go back for more-there was a one-per-person sandwich that was so old the eggs were crispy-actually crispy! And if that didn't appeal, you could have a green apple. Nothing edible for kids with braces.The coffee's creamer was curdled. We skipped it the next day and went out for breakfast, but when you're planning on breakfast at the hotel, it's a real disappointment. The redeeming factors were the staff- very helpful and friendly, and the included parking close to the wego bus lines. All in all, we won't stay there again or recommend it to others.
