The dumpy hotel

Not much

I didn't like how it's advertised as a water park and you don't even get tickets to the the water park. The rooms were absolutely tiny like almost disgustingly, tiny. I will never stay here again.And I'll make sure to tell people, I will never stay here again.

I will never return to this hotel or water park.

We asked for extra blankets pillows and garbage bags and they were brought promptly.

Hotel is in need of repair. Beds were very uncomfortable. No table or chairs in the big open space in our room. Dirty old smelly carpets. Food in the area was overpriced. Staff said they would put a birthday banner on our door for my son but never followed through. Not happy with price we paid for what we got. There were hockey families occupying the hotel there were fights and yelling among adults. Kids were loud and running through the halls and courtyards. The water park was over crowded. Long lines for slides. The cabana we rented was overpriced and didn’t come with anything worthwhile. Ie couldn’t eat or drink, couldn’t keep the towels, no tv no music like other cabanas we rented.

It was midnight my family and I were talking and we were not talking very loud enough to send a hotel security ba banging on our door. A staff would have just call us to tell us the problem. Again we were not loud enough to send a Hotel Security banging on our door. We did not appreciate it.

Decent for 1 night only

I liked the convenience of the location as well as the fact we just had to walk over a bridge to get to the waterpark. I liked that there was a character meet and greet for the kids as well as a movie night. The staff were very nice and friendly from the front staff to housekeeping! I liked getting to enjoy the waterpark a hour before it opened! That was fantastic!

I did not like that the flooring in the waterpark is coming up and peeling off. That is a bad sensory issue for someone like myself that’s on the spectrum. Honestly that was the only major issue I had was the flooring coming up in the waterpark. It made me not want to walk around because I couldn’t handle the feeling of the floor being on my foot until I got it wet. Also I didn’t like that the wave pool was freezing cold and the jacuzzi was just warm and not hot.

The only thing we really enjoyed about this hotel was the fact it was so close to all the main attractions and casino.

Where do I even start? The price was way over priced for the room, the beds are awful. The bottom bunk of the bunk beds was probably a mattress from the 80's full of springs you can feel on your entire body every move. The bed mattresses are way to soft. The hotel has paper thin walls you can hear absolutely everything everyone around you is saying. The hotel needs a massive face life its very out dated. The t.v in the little room is way to high you can't see the screen properly from the bottom bunk. As for the water park we weren't allowed in with our children even if we weren't going in the water we would still have to pay the cost of $40.

We came for my sons birthday, he had such a great time. The staff put a birthday banner on th door and that was so sweet

We always stay at this hotel. The location is perfect it’s walking distance to everything and the waterpark is just a bridge away. The staff is very nice and accommodating

This trip was not as good as the others. This hotel had aged and bc of the weather they turned off the heat and air so the night was very uncomfortable and we have a son who is autistic so the night was very unpleasant.

Niagara falls seems to be very overpriced and I've been to alot of places in the world

Breakfast was alright. But over priced. Water park was closed without voucher to anything else

The rooms didn't feel clean. And noise in the water pipes were loud all night long which kept me awake all night. The hotel seems to need a up grade and water pipes in washrooms seem to need venting. Every time flushing goes on.

I will never ever come to this property

Nothing staff was very bad

The key was not working for almost 1 hour we was just in front of the door staying for someone to come and open the door for us so very bad I will never come again in this hotel. When I did my check in the front desk showed me different amount when I tap my card so after after an hour when I check my statement online, they charge me almost hundred dollar extra when I went back to them. I said why you guys are charged me $100 extra they said oh that was my mistake or something like that so and nobody help me. Nobody help me to to get my refund back. They just gave me a phone number and they said call to this number one of the dirtiest hotel and all Niagara Falls. Please don’t go on this hotel again.

I didn't book enough rooms but was accommodated with cots which worked out terrific. The kids loved the waterpark.

It looked like the rooms could be updated; the rooms/beds common areas can use some reno work - please do, and preserve it for years going forward.

The stay was ok but not excellent needs more improvement.

It was close to the waterpark and Clifton hill .

Needs to be upgrade : 1. Electric outlet need to upgraded to direct C port and USBC 2. Mattress on lower bunk bed need to upgraded- too low . When about to sat my kids kept bumping into the board 3 Needs a microwave in the room 4 breakfast at Perkins restaurant was delicious and hot but the customer service at the restaurant was not good . The pick up wait for breakfast was too long.
