Breakfast was cold first thing in the morning. Homeless coming in and taking the Breakfast.

The room was not temperature controlled, so it became too hot. The only way to stay cool was to leave the sliding doors open throughout the stay. The room door card never worked properly and had to get it replaced 4 times in a 2-day stay. No basic toiletries given. Not even a simple soap dish to place the soap on the counter. Breakfast had no options. Just bread, cereal, and bagel were the only choices and not fulfiling in any manner. Often long wait at the front desk for any queries as there's just one person taking care of everything.

Check in was fast and the young lady was very friendly and helpful. Our room was the same room we had on a previous getaway last year. It was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed having a balcony. We took advantage of the indoor pool; which was very clean and warm, as well as the sauna which was also clean, and got very hot. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the coffee bar available throughout the day because it was the last time we were there. It was very convenient to make a warm coffee or tea throughout the day, especially in the cold winter months. The breakfast was good, but I felt there should be more options available, such as waffles, muffins, fresh fruit, and yogurt. Also, our second morning there, the lady started packing away the breakfast items at 9:15 while my husband and I were still sitting at the table eating. We were planning to have more, and make another coffee, but by 9:25, everything was gone! Breakfast is served until 9:30! It would be nice if the breakfast stayed available until10:00 throughout the weekdays because couples on a getaway want to rest a little longer, and not feel rushed. Overall, we had a very nice stay. We like the interior courtyard setting, the amenities, the walking distance to all attractions, and our room was very clean and comfortable; the bed was amazing! Thank you to the cleaner who left a bag of clean towels outside our door, as we were resting, and had the “do not disturb” sign on the door.

The room needs a fresh coat of paint or some wallpaper. You can totally see the water damage on the walls. The room itself was clean and tidy, though. The couch could use some love and care or new cushions. We really enjoyed the hot tub, that's why we booked, the pool was super busy. Breakfast was pretty basic, just toast, eggs, and cereal. The coffee was just okay.

We enjoyed our stay at Clifton Victoria Inn. The highlights were the location, it is accessible to the Fallsview Waterpark albeit a short walk outside to cross the street. I loved they give Complimentary free parking, and a full continental breakfast and an indoor pool. btrbreakfast.bTamenitiwwre

My first room I was giving was sure not like the pictures. After asking for another room it was a bit better, garbage in bathroom had not been emptied. The air freshener used in the room very strong and didnt smell nice very commercial smell. Rooms need major upgrades. Bed not very comfortable It is close to all attractions and free parking is a bonus would of like to see some fruit at breakfast. Staff very friendly

This is essentially a three-star hotel, so it shouldn’t be compared to higher-end brands. That said, for what it is, the stay was comfortable. Within the three-star range, this property offers decent value, especially with its convenient location near major attractions. The included breakfast and free parking are definite positives. I booked the junior suite, which was a corner unit with a nice view. However, the listing showed a fireplace, and our suite did not have one. The hotel really needs to update its photos and be clearer in its communication so guests know exactly what they’re getting. The breakfast area and pool were cozy, and the atmosphere was pleasant overall. Still, the hotel could use some care and updates. The hallway carpets are worn, some wallpaper in the room was peeling, and the sofa bed needs to be replaced. The king bed, however, was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t outstanding, but it was adequate. Staff were generally polite, and for the price and convenience, the stay was reasonable for a three-star hotel.
