    Best things about Brock: - indoor access to Sheraton, Fallsview indoor waterpark, Rainforest Cafe, Arcade etc. There was a snowstorm when we visited but we still had a great stay and enjoyed touring around the area -close to the falls, great view to see fireworks indoors

    We had an absolutely wonderful experience, thanks to Maithili and her exceptional hospitality. She went above and beyond to make our stay special by upgrading our room and arranging complimentary services for us. Her kindness, attentiveness, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. She made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay, and we really appreciated everything she did for us.     One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had! The location is perfect, the hotel is elegant and spotless, and the Falls view was unforgettable. The staff made us feel very welcome from check-in to check-out. Everything was smooth, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. Thank you for making our trip to Niagara Falls so special.

    The front desk Manager at my arrival was very rude. She refused the confirmation I had received by email, stating that breakfast was included, even though I had provided her with a copy of the email. This value was $40 per person, plus tax and Tip; the reservation was for 4 people. (2 room). The room was extremely small, with no closet and no hook to hang your clothing; the room is a bit bigger than the Queen bed, with no table for your suitcase or laptop. The bathroom: if you are over 6 feet and 200 pounds, you barely fit in the washroom and shower. The cost for 2 nights was over ***. We met many people, and they had the same opinion. Also, for 2 days' parking, they charged an extra $152. I will never go back to this Hotel and do not recommend this hotel for a family with kids.
