The room had an unpleasant smell like mold

Location was close enough to the falls to visit then return back multiple times in order to warm up.

The rooms were large the mattress was comfy. The location is great you are right in the middle of everything super close to the falls and right along the strip
All the doors and windows were closed yet there was a cold draft in the room the entire night and you can hear whistling from outside super loud. The balconies are connected you can walk along to the neighbors balcony. So make sure your door is locked at all times! The pumps in the washroom were empty there was no soap and when I told the cleaning lady she said she's not allowed to change it until it was completely empty even if there's just a little bit left 🙄

We liked that it was very close to all the attractions and only a 5 mins walk to the Falls
The photos on the listing are very misleading as they put us in the old building instead of the newer refurbished ones. The older building had lots of carpet stains, a strong smell of semen, lots of rust in the bathtub, cracks in the ceilings and thin walls. We hardly slept due to these conditions, and definitely not worth the money spent

Central to everything, close to the falls and not too much of a walk to the main falls on the Canadian side. Big room. Ok breakfast place nearby and plenty of restaurants.
We were on the lower floor with a family above. Someone started walking backwards and forwards each morning at 4.15 am. 🙄 could hear the bath filling every evening. If you stay here get the top floor.

Location is close to the show we were attending. It was walkable.
Location is also close to many attractions on Clifton Hill and the Falls.
Parking is onsite, very handy.

I liked the location right in the heart of downtown Niagara Falls, which made it easy to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
The room was very warm, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Some parts of the property feel a bit dated, and we experienced an issue with the toilet flush, although it was promptly fixed.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the first time. I always wanted to visit it, and now I had the chance. I really liked the location; it's close to everything.
Guards and staff are very friendly. <3
The only bad experience was that my son slept in his bed and unfortunately there were bugs or something similar because he woke up with bites on his face, neck, and back that hurt and burned a lot, so please keep this in mind as it is very important.

Comfy beds, great location to everything, lots of space for 4 people
The window didn’t open, other people knocking on our door at inconvenient times

No breakfast at this location. Ate at a location nearby that Tavelodge gave discount vouchers to eat there. Food very good.
The toilets needed to be upgraded to standard size. They are sized for children, not for adults. Being a senior, it was very had to rise up off of it.

From the location to the amazing staff to the spotless rooms—everything was perfect! We celebrated my birthday and stayed in a premium room, which was newly renovated and featured a cute little seating area right outside the door. My friends stayed on the second floor and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the strip.

The location was perfect. Shower pressure was great. Staff was friendly
Pillows could use an upgrade and the carpets could use to be cleaned

central location
Rooms and furniture are dated and lack facilities given the price

Very friendly staff. Easy walk to the promenade overlooking the falls.
Parking is available, but you must pay extra. Room and facilities are very worn. Location is in the heart of the entertainment (circus?) district, with lots of bright and flashing lights. If this is what you’re looking for, the location can’t be beat. We were looking for a quiet location…

Location is ideal.
It is not a smoke free property, while the rooms are smoke free people are allowed to smoke outside of the rooms, under canopies, which traps the smoke making it impossible to escape the second hand smoke. When we were moved rooms, I found a used needle on the carpet. When the staff was notified of the hazard, they did not remove it immediately until I requested the remove it from the room. It took a while to speak with the manager regarding the issue and I had to ask to be fully refunded for the stay. It is a reasonable expectation of a guest to feel they are in a safe and clean environment. I will never go back nor recommend anyone stay there.

Close to everything
Room smelled musty. Bathtub didn’t drain. Filled up to ankles while showering. Only 2 small towels. Body wash was empty. Room was right next to employee supply room. Load banging very early in morning for quite a while. Stated there were balconies. Wasn’t really a balcony. Just walkway for guests right outside room. Could not have sat outside as there were no chairs.

Bathtub was filthy, toilet did not flush properly, curtains were dirty and did not close all the way. Floor was not clean (my white socks were almost black after walking on the carpet). Loud all night. AC smelled bad.

We actually upgraded when we got there. We were not disappointed. It was the block of rooms 144-153. They were great rooms that I would recommend.
Close to all the action but not noisy all the time. Nice balcony to sit out on.
