A great place to enjoy Niagara Falls.

I liked the location right in the heart of downtown Niagara Falls, which made it easy to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.

The room was very warm, and it was difficult to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level. Some parts of the property feel a bit dated, and we experienced an issue with the toilet flush, although it was promptly fixed.

Great location to enjoy any day of the year.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel for the first time. I always wanted to visit it, and now I had the chance. I really liked the location; it's close to everything. Guards and staff are very friendly. <3

The only bad experience was that my son slept in his bed and unfortunately there were bugs or something similar because he woke up with bites on his face, neck, and back that hurt and burned a lot, so please keep this in mind as it is very important.

The toilets needed to be upgraded to standard size. They are sized for children, not for adults. Being a senior, it was very had to rise up off of it.

Parking is available, but you must pay extra. Room and facilities are very worn. Location is in the heart of the entertainment (circus?) district, with lots of bright and flashing lights. If this is what you’re looking for, the location can’t be beat. We were looking for a quiet location…

The staff were not supportive when issues arouse, it was difficult to speak to a manager and I did not feel it was a saf

Location is ideal.

It is not a smoke free property, while the rooms are smoke free people are allowed to smoke outside of the rooms, under canopies, which traps the smoke making it impossible to escape the second hand smoke. When we were moved rooms, I found a used needle on the carpet. When the staff was notified of the hazard, they did not remove it immediately until I requested the remove it from the room. It took a while to speak with the manager regarding the issue and I had to ask to be fully refunded for the stay. It is a reasonable expectation of a guest to feel they are in a safe and clean environment. I will never go back nor recommend anyone stay there.

Room smelled musty. Bathtub didn’t drain. Filled up to ankles while showering. Only 2 small towels. Body wash was empty. Room was right next to employee supply room. Load banging very early in morning for quite a while. Stated there were balconies. Wasn’t really a balcony. Just walkway for guests right outside room. Could not have sat outside as there were no chairs.

We actually upgraded when we got there. We were not disappointed. It was the block of rooms 144-153. They were great rooms that I would recommend.

We take our son to Niagara Falls every year for a quick family getaway, and this has easily become one of our favorite spots to stay. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of it all and we truly hit the jackpot this time. We’re big fans of balconies, and the one here was a standout- private, spacious, and rare to find on the strip. It made our stay that much more relaxing. Already looking forward to coming back again soon!

I loved the location.

The location is the centre of the all attractions of the Niagara. Fall is just 5 min walk. View of the fall is from the entrance gate. All amusement parks are within 1 min wall.

Expecting more cleanness. Amenities should be improved. Some bathroom accessories get old and need to be replaced. Space is small for a family of four. No elevator service, so to take the luggage’s upstairs is painful without any helping hands.
