Ambiance by the Falls was overall an excellent experience. Kevin and Anna (the owners) started our day with a delicious and varied breakfast, served on a beautiful set breakfast table. Kevin was especially helpful with local information and ideas for sightseeing.
The B&B is located on a safe, quiet residential street about 5 minutes walking distance to the Niagara River Pkwy and the beginning of the Falls-related attractions. The room (the 'Green Room') was a little small, but adequate, with a queen size bed. The room and private bath were immaculate and in excellent condition. The parking lot behind the house provided safe off-the-street parking.
Overall, Ambiance by the Falls is a charming, ideally located B&B run by owners who care about their patrons. They show it in the charming decor, the condition and cleanliness of everything, and most of all, in the delicious breakfast they serve every day.
