This was our second stay and everything was great!!! The only thing that was a little off was the gym head one broken machine and a pull weight was missing one side of the handles. The parking lot was not very well plowed but they tried to keep up with the snow as best as they could. Other than that everything was great and we look forward to staying there again to make more memories.

The staff is extremely kind and welcoming. A special thank you to Vanessa, who was very understanding, professional, and always available. We had an issue with a clogged sink, which was resolved very quickly, and Vanessa was there to clean up after the plumber, which we truly appreciated. We had a very pleasant stay. The pool was excellent, with nicely warm water, perfect for children. The self-service breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a wide variety of choices and good-quality food. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back again.

We loved our room and will definitely book the same one again in the future. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great options for a hotel. Pool was ok but a little run down and we thought it was heated. Wasn’t the main goal of our stay so did not affect our experiences. We also liked the location.

Breakfast was pretty good but missing the bacon to go with the sausage and eggs. I personally prefer bacon but my daughter and wife like bacon. The bed in our room kinda had a dip in it so it would make you gravitate towards the middle. The pull out couch my daughter slept on was horrendous, it also had a big dip in the middle and was uncomfortable. I honestly felt bad that it was her bed to sleep on. The mini fridge made a fairly loud whining noise

This hotel is seriously not worth the money, the staff was hard to communicate with on site. They were discriminatory towards our service dogs even though I had there certification and provided a doctors note. Thank goodness for Ashley who handled things professionally. All and all not a very pleasant stay and we will not be returning

The Country Inn has a great location...easy to get to, close to interests but not in the hubbub of Niagara Falls. Staff were efficient and welcoming. Room was comfortable. The cookies and 24 hour coffee/hot water may have affected my views.
