    We book this hotel because of its location. The hotel is very nice but our room was very small because we pay less. We only needed a hotel to sleep one night. However, the rooms had everything we needed and it was well decorated. We have early check in and early check out since we were living to Niagara on the Lake.. We will stay again here but paying more to get a nicer room.

    We stayed one night and appreciated the proximity to the falls. We arrived quite late and were able to do a quick easy walk to see the falls before going to bed. Even had a peekaboo view from the room window! Wouldn't book it for an extended vacation lol but certainly fit the bill for the one night we were there. I'd stay here again.

    We had gotten a bad experience for our room. The shower drain was clogged and was getting filled with dirty water which wasnt even draining for a while. We had requested for a repair person to come clear the drain and they only used a plunger for a shower drain and said its good to go and lied and left us with the same problem. I even advised the person to use a small drill snake to remove the hairs from the ptrap in the shower drain as I am a service plumber myself but they refused to do so. We couldn't shower at all until we just got home from traveling. None of my children were able to use the shower either. We should not pay for what we didnt use in the room.
