Great locations and amazing interior
A little busy with the indoor water park being there as well

I liked the vintage feel and the history of the hotel. It was very quiet didn’t hear neighbors talking, didn’t hear their tv. The rooms seemed sound proofed.
No microwave in our room, bathroom fan was very dirty and not finished around it, there was hair in our “clean” shower and it wasn’t our hair 🫤 none of the wood doors fit and closed properly.

Location was good for what I needed.
Room was small. TV reception wasn't good. Breakfast service was very slow considering only 3 other tables had people.

Could be just a little bit cleaner. We had a few rooms and some rooms had things not working properly.

The location on the hotel is fantastic, just a quick walk to clifton hill and you can do everything there. The fallsview breakfast was very good to, my omelet was cooked perfectly. Even thought our room coukd have been a bit cleaner the main thing was NO bugs!
Our room overlooked the pool and not sure if that is why our room was very hot despite turning the heat down. The toilet seat was very loose and small. The room could have been a bit cleaner.

Beautiful hotel. Lovely views
Parking was 50. To expensive!

Lovely renovated rooms and nice new upgrades to pool.
I did not like the new destination fee. I felt it was sneaky and provided no value at all. Nobody should have to pay to get potential discounts. This may deter me from coming back to a hotel I usually enjoy.

We were not told anything about the breakfast. Which l think it should be included even if the visitors have to pay a little bit more.
I don't think my fridge was working. Plus l think there should be more coffee cups for a room that holds two queen size bed for four people

Location is great .Beatiful view of the Falls from my room.We enjoyed their breakfast but portion too generous. The staff were excellent and very welcoming. We liked the traditional 50’s Decor.Perfect ambience for the Christmas season!

All the staff that I interacted with were very nice. Damon followed up on my stay and listened to my issues and tried to make my stay feel better. The location of the hotel is pretty good.
The rooms are extremely small. The lighting in the rooms are very bad. The refrigerator was making a lot of noice waking me up at 1:30 in the morning. The pillows were all very hard and not accommodating for different sleepers. There was no mirror in the room apart from a small one in bathroom above the sink. The temperatures are controlled centrally in the hotel and it wasn’t adjustable from within the room and it would get really hot. There were issues with toilet flush in my room.

- View of the falls from Floor-to-Ceiling rooms was insane
- Perfectly located to reach in few minutes the boat tours, and the park by the falls
- Breakfast was very good and varied, with a great view on the falls
- The property is a bit old but currently being renovated
- There was some mix up at check in late in the evening but luckily soon resolved (initially the receptionist said that they did not have the room I booked and paid for, but then after some checking they gave me the keys)

The main entrance was absolutely gorgeous! The exterior of the building absolutely beautiful! Staff were very nice and helpful and I would love to stay again in a different room.
I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but the bathroom wasn't completely clean when we got there. The room had some damage to the walls and we had a room with no view (or should I say a view of the pool area that was under construction) There was also a woman sleeping on a bench in the main hallway beside the front door. And lots of bags around her.

I liked the location and the new renovations that were done to this property.
View was terrible and room was very small. We had a view of the pool being renovated and there was no lighting. It felt dark and creepy and two bulbs burnt out. It’s not something you want to see when you stay the night away from home.

Location is A plus.
In a transition. Some things are not working. Thermostat. Room was too hot. No glasses for our champagne.

I liked the atmosphere in the lobby, it was very clean and staff were friendly.
Where do I start? I booked a balcony room online and when I arrived, I was told there were no balconies left. I understand this may have been an error through Booking.com, but it definitely set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The staff did kindly upgrade me to a family suite, which I appreciated, but the rest of the experience went downhill fast. I arrived early and was told my room would be ready between 1:30–2:00 p.m., which was only about an hour and a half wait. Because of that timeline, we decided to stay close instead of exploring. Between 1:30 and 4:00 p.m. (the official check-in time), we went back and forth to the hotel several times after being told different things each time. They said they might call when the room was ready—but only if they weren’t busy—so we had no choice but to keep checking in person. Even by 4:00 p.m., our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up sitting in the lobby with our two restless kids until 4:40 p.m.
One of the main reasons we booked The Brock was for the balcony (which we didn’t get) and the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was under construction, and although we were allowed to use the Hilton’s pool, it meant walking back and forth in wet bathing suits—hardly ideal for a family vacation.
Now for the worst part of our stay: the morning of checkout, I had just gotten out of the shower (thankfully!) when a loud crackling sound came from the old radiator. My 9-year-old son was standing right beside it. Suddenly, there were sparks, a loud pop, and smoke started filling the room! I screamed for my kids to run into the hallway. I wasn’t even dressed yet and had to run into the hall half-dressed yelling for help. Thankfully, a few staff members nearby came quickly. The smoke smelled like burning wires, and we were rushed out of our room immediately.
The manager eventually came up, and her response was along the lines of “I hope this doesn’t deter you from coming back.

The only thing I liked was the location and the staff was nice. That’s it
The room was super tiny, slightly dirty and looked like they are trying to renovate but just panted over all the rust in and dirt. The bathroom door frame was all rusted out due to the ONE shower wall and water splashed EVERYWHERE in the bathroom. Also had my handicap mother we had to park handicap and had a pass was told by the concierge which spot to use and got a darn parking ticket! Just a wild experience for a place I thought was going to be clean and a great stay for our vacation.
Thanks, Anthony Deanni

The location and the staff were incredibly nice and friendly. The breakfast was also great.
No toothbrushes or sandals??? Every hotel should have one. I really got disappointed by that, and by calling the front desk they told us to go buy one from the shop.

We usually stay at Sheraton, where our view is outstanding & there are no issues with the room.
We chose this hotel for our wedding anniversary however the entire weekend all we smelt was water sewage. This is not acceptable at all because we could have stayed at our usual Sheraton hotel but wanted to give this hotel a try. We would highly not recommend this hotel to others, especially when you guys place guests on the 3rd floor labelling the room “Partial falls view” the only thing I could see was the duty free. Such a waste of money & truly a lousy stay. I was also pregnant and subject to horrible smells all weekend.

Location was excellent
Breakfast as well was excellent and is an experience due to the fact that the views are breathtaking from the 10th floor.
Very old - needs modernising and updating. The hotel can get away with the poor quality rooms due to its fantastic location.
Also the staff are just amazing!! Very helpful and thoughtful. The hotel is lucky to have such good staff a their hotel

Clean and picturesque.
Room was too small, not a single chair in the room to sit, very limited counter space, very dim lighting, shower is too small so water ends up all over the floor, the toilet rocked like a rocking horse every time you sat down or got up, just very disappointed based on the price paid.

Location was great. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and the staff was pleasant. The breakfast in the upstairs restaurant was amazing.
The bathroom was awful. The toilet was uncomfortable in a corner with the sink right up against you, and flushing it was ridiculous with the handle tucked in the corner. Also I was not impressed that we could not use the pool after nine pm, which is crazy being that you could use the weight room at any time day or night. I found this to be a super huge inconvenience with the amount of walking we did, we just wanted to unwind in a hot tub, but they don’t have one so the pool was the next best thing and we couldn’t use it past 9 pm.

The manager was fantastic, as was the woman at the front desk. I’ve honestly never met a friendlier, more helpful staff. We were so impressed with their professionalism. The staff cleaning in the morning were also incredibly wonderful. We had been given complementary late check out, and the person cleaning other rooms gave us more towels and offered several other things, just to be nice. Again, I’ve never experienced such wonderful service from staff before, and we’ve been to a lot of hotels. The hotel is also quite beautiful and the view from our room was stunning although the windows were tiny!
1. $45 day parking, per car plus tax. We had three cars- it was wildly expensive on top of the room costs.
2. The rooms were very, very small.
3. The lighting in one room (we had three) was not connected to a switch by the door, so you have to walk through a dark room to manually switch a small light on.
4. There were so many additional charges because it’s a hotel in Niagara Falls that were added to the room charge (I got a deal for just over $200 for the room, and it came to just over $300 with all of the charges, plus $45+tax for one vehicle). We used to go to Niagara Falls with our kids every year and would pay this price for a huge suite with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the falls, including parking and breakfast. This was definelty not worth the price we paid. We stayed at a wonderful hotel 12 minutes away for a extra night (by the outlets) the following evening, which was so beautiful, way bigger (a suite with a separate room fully upgraded), free breakfast at a beautiful restaurant, free parking, and it was half the price of what we paid to stay here. It would be well worth an uber charge to go to the falls and back to do that- it would cost less then parking one car.
