The room was beautiful, though the photos made it seem like the living room was part of our booking, not a communal space. Bed and bedding were very comfortable.
The fireplace was unusable, and a feature we specifically looked for when choosing accommodations. The closet door wasn't latching properly. The bathroom door squeaked and woke the others in the room up when using the washroom at night. Outlet/ lamp on one side of the bed (nearest the door) didn't work. The television menu was in Russian and needed a log in for the various apps, so we just used YouTube as a guest

Excellent except not for vegetarians. There were other options, but some of our group don't eat eggs or sausage.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly and want to ensure their guests are well taken care of.
The bathtubs are sometimes slippery, it would be a great idea to add grab bars to get in and out. Some of the rooms had shampoo and conditioner, other rooms did not.

Vom Chestnut Inn gelangt man zu Fuß in 30 Minuten entlang des Niagara Rivers zu den Falls.
Wenn man die River Road immer in die andere Richtung fährt, ist man in ca 25 Minuten im wunderschönen Ort Niagara on the Lake.
Parken ist kostenlos und direkt von dem Haus.
Das Haus gehört dringend renoviert. Es ist wunderschön, doch alles ist alt und teilweise nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Das Bett wurde als großes Bett beschrieben, es war jedoch urhoch, dafür sehr schmal und daher nicht bequem. Wir haben 2 Nächte sehr schlecht geschlafen. Außerdem war es im Zimmer trotz kleinem Heizkörper sehr kalt und die zu kleine Decke viel zu dünn.
Das inkludierte Frühstück gibt es für alle Gäste zusammen an einem großen Tisch nur um 9 Uhr.
Frühstück ist nicht gut, Würstchen und Eier mit harten, aber dafür süßen!! Bagels, leider kein Brot.
