Perfect location for our needs
There was no complimentary coffee as advertised and a sharp broken metal spring was poking out of the end of our mattress scraping our feet and legs .. Very dangerous

Close to the border.
Will never stay here again.
Came to celebrate my birthday and valet ended up taking my car for a joy ride in the middle of the night. (We have a new sports car so we can get live data of drives).
Talked to the manager, was called a liar and that they reviewed the cameras but when we questioned it. Said they need to review the cameras. Not one apology for the entire situation and nothing has been done about this.
Absolutely terrible service, terrible stay.
Untrustworthy business.

I really enjoyed the pool and hot tubs and love that they have adult only hours in the morning and night. The room was nice, but for the price it should include a microwave. Of course the food is way overpriced. We paid $20 for a breakfast buffet that wasn't even as good as the free ones some hotels have. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and would return.

Size of the rooms are good and well built clean hotel
Nothing is ever open! Arrived late at night bc of flight delays only to mot even be able to get anything to eat or drink! Even the bodega store by the front desk closes from 200-315 on a Thursday and Friday night! NO FOOD WHATSOEVER OR DRINK. luckily one of the casino floor managers (who stunk like booze btw) suggested i try the bar to get a water. The bartender was very nice and sold me a soda and few bottles of water that i needed to take medicine.

Very clean rooms - jet tub in the room was clean as well. I brought my own tub cleaning tablets and used them. After letting the tub run for 30 minutes with the tablets, there was no dirt or nasty water. The water was clear and clean. Great plus!
The shower was clean and had a good showerhead and water pressure. A 9.9/10. Great hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
There is no microwave. We stayed for a week and wated to heat leftovers. They dont have a microwave they can bring you and there isnt one in the hotel. We were told we could take our food to the has station on the outside of the parking lot...

Only the location.
It doesn’t seem like the staff knows the meaning of the term hospitality. Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Staff was so rude and it was like they owned the hotel and I work for them.

Location was perfect. We walked to the falls and enjoyed the entire area. Clean, safe and well kept.
The hotel was perfect. The falls area was not well lit. There were so many street lights that were not on and it was very dark.

Fun place even though we weren't there to gamble. The place as a whole was clean, safe & comfortable.
The smell off cigarettes & marijuana when entering. Only really noticed it in the front of the lobby. Not the whole place.

It was the only nice thing about the town of Niagara lol the surrounding area is basically desolate and abandoned. Very bizarre. The room was really nice and reflected the hefty price.
It smelled like cigarettes upon walking into the lobby.

Overall appearance of the hotel was nice. Location in close proximity to Niagara Falls Park was a bonus.
Upon check-in, I noticed that we were booked in a Smoking Room. I requested a change to a Non-Smoking Room. The woman at the check in desk stated that the change would incur a $25.00 additional charge, to which I agreed to. She made all the changes and called here supervisor over to authorize it. The supervisor did not even look at the screen and simply stated "we do not do that". The woman checking me in, said to her that she already made all the changes and just needed it authorized. The supervisor said again, we can't do that and abruptly walked away. All the changes had to be reversed and I was put back in my Smoking Room.
Once we got to the room, we quickly noticed from the stench that the entire floor was Smoking, not just the room. We were very unhappy with this as we were traveling with a child.
Additionally, during our 5 day stay, we never once received room service. After the 3rd day, we were out of toilet paper, out of coffee pods, and all of our towels were used and wet. We had full bags of garbage tied up and piled in the corner of our room. I asked the room service team in the hallway and was told that I need to call the front desk and request any items we may need.
For the cost of this room at $200/night, we expected more. The front desk supervisor certainly needs re-training and a course in providing proper customer service. What she did is completely unacceptable!
I have never stayed anywhere where room service is not provided at a minimum of every other day. No room service at all to replenish needed items like toilet paper is also completely unacceptable.

This is a four-star hotel with one-star service. From the moment I checked in, I was treated not as a guest, but as an annoyance to the front-desk staff, who made me wait while no one else was in line and then insulted me a number of times during check-in. When I asked if I could change from a smoking room to a non-smoking room since I am not a smoker, the employee curtly told me "no" and that I should call booking.com if I had any problems. When I asked if I could then speak with the manager, I was told, "I am the manager." In light of this bald-faced lie, I asked to speak to her supervisor nevertheless and was made to wait another ten minutes until the supervisor arrived, who proved to be equally as rude and unprofessional as she. In fact, neither he nor she offered a solution to the problem, insisting that the hotel was fully booked that night (even though available rooms were still showing on booking.com) and treating me, the newly arrived guest who had just driven 500 miles, as if I were the problem. In the end, after receiving numerous insults from both employees, I had to stay in the same unchanged smoking room; even worse, the following day, I was charged a $150 fee for checking out after 11AM. (This was in addition to the $350 I had already pre-paid for the room.) What a scam and what a terrible hotel! I will never stay here again, and I would recommend that you reconsider your choice before booking a room at this very poorly staffed hotel with serious management problems.

It wasn’t really much to like for my first experience as soon as you walk through the door it smells like cigarettes they put me in a room that I did not request and they were supposed to upgrade me, but they didn’t. Staff is very rude.
The staff was very rude. Put me in a room made me wait until 4 o’clock when I could’ve got an earlier room if it was gonna look the same anyway smell like cigarettes must have card out like Sam’s Club to get into your room.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Shuttle service to the rainbow bridge leading into Canada. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Beautiful views of Niagara Falls, nightly fireworks show as well as Canada.
Upon arrival, the property's casino immediately impacts visitors with cigarette smoke. When traveling with anyone under 21, restrictions apply, as they cannot independently access shops or restaurants, including the pizzeria, due to their casino location. Hotel restaurants are expensive, serving mediocre food. The property's isolated location necessitates a rental car, as alternative stores and restaurants are limited. Transportation from Buffalo International Airport to this destination will cost approximately $60-$85 each way. Notably, microwave facilities are not provided on site.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious. I was also impressed with how fast the room service was and they accommodated my needs!
It was a little pricey for the stay on Sunday night when usually in my area (Sunday through Thursday) are your cheapest rates!
