First of all, the room I was given was not the one I originally booked. Secondly, the front desk staff were very rude and uncooperative. On top of that, the room provided had no closet, no iron—honestly, nothing worth mentioning in a decent hotel. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever experienced in my life.

My booking was messed up, upon arrival, there was only one room booked for me instead of two, eventhough i have confirmation from booking.com that it was confirm, hotel claims there is only one room in their system. The price of the room is too expensive and the breakfast is not even included

Overall, it was a nice place to be if you want to be in the middle of everything.

The hotel was walking distance to every destination we wanted to see. The room was nice and clean. We never had a bad experience. The price for the room was affordable.

I wish we can adjust the temperature of the room because it was very cold. Also, I didn't know there was an incident fee until I went to check in. The staff gave me two different pricing for the incident fee. It did catch me off guard. If it is shown online that there was incident fee, I would of been more prepared.

Great place to stay for the money but a lot of limitations.

New building with clean rooms, one of the room (king bed) we got was really good, it looks great with good bathroom and other one (2 double beds) was really bad, it smells really bad and very congested.

I knew these limitations before booking, but very inconvenient considering it's location. No breakfast No free parking Not walkable to the park or good food options or grocery Staff was not very friendly and welcoming.

Great location. The deposit of $250 was returned within 5 days.

The room was cramped, the windows did not open, it was very humid. Outside the hotel is illuminated all night by bright light that gets into the room, the fabric curtains did not close, only plastic blackout curtains, you wake up in the dark in the morning. Many room lights did not work. There are rooms without windows and with windows overlooking utility rooms. At first they gave me a room with a window to the utility room, they quickly changed it after my complaint, but it left an unpleasant impression.

I loved the location... they fixed my parking ticket right away...

I didnt like that they upgraded me to a king with 2 adults and a 12year old... I also booked a balcony room and was told because I booked with a 3rd party I wasnt guaranteed the room... and that they didn't even have to give me a room at all... the room smelt of wet dog... the beds felt like sleeping on the floor they were so low... the bathroom door was coming off it's rolling hinge... the ice machine was on the 2nd floor... their restaurant was not on their game... we waited 20mins for water and when our food came out it was blah...

It was an awful experience. There are only 10 parking spots for the entire hotel. The elevators are barely big enough for the luggage cart. Hair in the sink. The floor was wet. The door for the bathroom covers the sink. The breakfast was terrible.

Location was good, food was Ok but overpriced for what was served,parking was not, you only have about 10 parking spaces !

Parking, one thing that really stands out is that you have coffee machines in the room but I had to go to the front desk and get creamer and sweetener, I also booked a room with two beds for three people but their was only two towels, so I had to go to the office again!

The location was good and the rooms were comfortable

There were strange charges for a total of $800 made at 3:00 am over four different transactions over two nights, two each night. No credible explanations were given on repeated enquiry, Also, no receipts were given at checkout with the explanation being that since I had booked through a third party, they would generate the receipt. I find this claim to be inconsistent with my experience in other hotels; they don’t seem to have such problems. Lastly, I was told I would be refunded the $800 and the deposit of $500 and after a week I am yet to see any such transaction.

1st floor lots of outdoor noise but when we asked about it they moved us with no problems. They were exceptional to work with. I didn’t know that you had to pay $15 a day for parking before I booked.

The Cadence is an excellent place to stay. They tend to every need and are prompt with excellent service. They give you cards to take to numerous places for a percentage off of food,drinks, and parking. I couldn't be more pleased.

The room wasn’t clean. There was hair in the bed and on the counter & shower in the bathroom. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. No vending machines or market to purchase items. No phone to contact front desk. For a 5 star rating on Booking I would have expected more.

The location was great. We walked everywhere from the hotel.

I wasn’t very impressed with the breakfast. There wasn’t a big selection. It took a while to get our breakfast and there were only 2 other people there. We ordered a cinnamon roll extra and it came back burned. I was so displeased with it that my husband went down for breakfast the next 2 days by himself.

The fragrance in the lounge was quite strong when you enter the building. There were no luggage racks to take your luggage up to your room. And they didn’t have an inside area to sit back and relax except for the patio outside.

Fantastic place right next to the park

The staff was very helpful even when there were some hiccups in checking in. Being able to walk to the Niagara Falls park and aquarium from the hotel was quite nice and easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The restaurant was quite good and my friend and I went there multiple times during our stay.

During our last night here, some family was in a room above us. They were stomping around past 11:30 pm. I got fed up and went to the front desk to request a different room. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor away from the family, and it was finally quiet enough for us to sleep.

The air conditioner heating was somehow strange because it functions strongly for 5mins then stops for 15mins. So it fails to keep a stable temp. Also some amenities were missing (earbuds, slippers) However, in general we had a very pleasant stay!

Easy Access to most tour sights, the place to be!

I was tired of driving for many hours until I asked the receptionist if I could park my vehicle until waiting for check-in while I walked around and do my own tours. On top of that, I felt the receptionists were all exceptional and very friendly. They oriented me about taking the tours and nice walks. The best place to stay, brand new, and clean. Of course, I like the interior design and pleasant atmosphere. The casino is not far from there either. I would come back again.
