Location was good for what we were looking for. Free parking at the property, and walking distance to Old Falls Street and the park. The breakfast was good - homemade and filling.
Parking is in the rear, but need to enter through the front, making it a longer walk when bringing in (and out) our luggage.

The house was beautiful. Kim was so attentive and kind. The rooms were very comfortable and our breakfast was delicious!

The location is nice, close to the falls. Takes about 15mn to get there.
The old style of the house is a nice touch.
The breakfast was really bad, unacceptable for the price paid. A single sad French toast, not well done. The day before, a dry omelette.
The added bed in the room for a child was suited for camping but not for a B&B. Noisy bed and uncomfortable.
