Eh. Ok room.

Worst part was paper thin walls, so I could hear everything that was happening in nearby rooms. And people were making noise still at 2 and 3 a.m. Impossible for my sound machine to block out. Also no elevator nor flat entrance. Only steps for every floor, which is difficult for me because of my disability. Not indicated on the hotel website that you HAVE to go up or down steps no matter what in order to get to your rooms, carrying your luggage. Very painful.

Fatal. I don’t recommend

The location

The attention of the staff was terrible, he said that the hotel offered breakfast and only offered coffee and bagel. I have stayed in other hotels that offer breakfast and it is totally different, and good service, this hotel does not offer any of that. They only ask you for the cleaning tip without even checking out. I don’t recommend it, I wouldn’t go back with them.

Non cooperative policies

The hotel didn't have the clock room/locker facility. This is for the first time I have seen after visiting 15 countries. Even when we requested the reception didn't co-operate, they have given us fake information that we can avail this facility at visitor center, which was not the case. Our all energy spent in searching for the locker/clock room instead of enjoying the Niagra Falls. The location of Hotel is shown in front of Niagra Falls Park, but the reality is that it was 1 Km away from the park main gate where most of the busses stops. When we asked to extend the checkout time by 1 hr so that we can complete at least Maid of the Mist ride and then checkout, the reception informed that it was not in policy.

Location was a big plus, walkable to Goat Island and Casino. breakfast was reasonable.

If you are used to firm mattress, then this hotel Is not for you, the bedding was too soft and loose like sponge. No luggage storage facility at hotel so plan accordingly if you need to leave behind and visit falls

I literally had to wait for 3 hrs to check in Because the booking I made from you seems like you did cut the money from my card but the property didnot see it. We had no problem and would go back for sure.

The Family Room was perfect for me. I traveled with 3 children and myself. Clean and comfortable and we had enough room to move around in. The pool was just what the kids needed for the in between down time (they loved it) Breakfast was fine. The normal continental style and plenty to go around. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I missed a coffee machine and microwave in the room for a night time snack, however, they were available outside the room in lobby if you felt like going for a walk. I would of liked to try the restaurant on premises one night but it was closed on the nights I was there, and looking at the schedule it wasn't very accessible at all.

The location is good (10 minute walk to the park) and the building seemed fine.

The hotel was closed with a sign on the door indicating they had to close due to an emergency. I did not receive any communication of this, having booked several weeks in advance.

Great place to stay, close to entrance of park and great pricing! Family friendly

Close to Niagara Falls state park entrance. You literally can walk from hotel to entrance within minutes. It was very family friendly. The staff was wonderful. If you needed anything, they were quick to help! Love that they offered free breakfast and an Italian restaurant was attached to the hotel. However, we didn't get a chance to try it this time, but it was packed. Rooms were clean and stocked with all the essentials. Which is a MUST have, especially when you're arriving late at night (we got in our room and it was clean, so that made for an easy transition) Overall decent place to stay and reasonable pricing with some perks included!

If you choosing them for the pool might want to rethink it. It was ice cold in July, like were talking 60 since the room is only heated and the pool isn't. However if you do a lot of walking it feels great to soak your legs in it ha... seriously freezing my kids only jump in once to swim after they walk so much and were hot and they didn't stay in long...

The location is excellent, the size of the room and its facilities are okay.

There was a continuous kitchen-smell in the room. The breakfast is relatively poor but still okay but you have to arrive in time to enjoy it.

The price was reasonable the beds were comfortable

The continental breakfast they ran out of stuff on our last day there knowing that they offer that they should have been well stocked nobody came to our room to ask us if we need any extra towels or to clean out our trash the front desk people were not very helpful they never welcomed us to stay there and never gave us any information on what time the breakfast was or what time the pool was open till and I had other guests ask me if I work there and there were some things wrong with the room like the sink didn’t work right etc.

Location is close to the falls and casino

When we got there the girl who checks people in wasn’t there. she left a note saying she was in the bathroom but was really off the property and went home to get “something”! Get checked in, room is decent. Next day is checkout. We go to breakfast and come back. Our room key doesn’t work. Gi to the desk the morning woman says check out is at 11. Ok, it’s only 9am! She does our key and as we’re going to our room, housekeeping stops us and says she thought we left. Ummm, NO we didn’t. We got breakfast. We check out by 10:30. Later that day I see additional charges for the room so I call. The owners charged me a smoking fee when I don’t even smoke. According to them housekeeping said we were smoking in our room (we don’t smoke) and charged us a $100 fee! Now I’m going back n forth defending the fact we don’t smoke! NOPE! Basically housekeeping can say whatever so they can charge you and call you a liar! I feel like housekeeping said this because we had to tell her we weren’t checked out yet and she didn’t like it. SCAMMERS!

Ok, When we arrived we waited 20 minutes at the reception We made 3 calls Someone hung up after she arrived She said she was canceling the reservation She claims that my father's credit card does not match my name in the passport Then I asked to pay from my card She said she would call the police It was ten at night and we could not go to another hotel She called the manager He was very nice We paid him in cash because he also refused for me to pay with my dad's credit card Although my father was present and sleeping in the room with me. We had a scary experience. Booking advertises hotels without inspection. The manager was very nice But that doesn't make up for the fear In front of the clerk who screamed at us and wanted to cancel the reservation on her own accord. She literally threatened that if we didn't cancel she would call the police.

We received an invoice No documentation that we paid cash And we pay cash because they refused receive our credit. So we fear that it might charge the credit with double payment ( credit card which we made the reservation )will be charged double at the same time
