It was great, originally was supposed to be for one night but we extended our stay.

Our room was large and airy; we liked having a microwave and a small fridge. We wish there was a safe in the room.

The breakfast was from 6:30 to 9- why? It didn’t look like a business hotel! The quality of breakfast was pretty low. And the pool was in a very sad shape- the inside walls were brown, the water was not clean and it was supposed to be heated, but it wasn’t.

Had a great night’s rest after a full day of walking and hiking around the Falls.

The location is close to the Niagara Falls visitor center and park, even within walking distance if you’re up for a half-mile warmup before you stroll around the park.

Not the hotel’s fault, but while you can walk to the downtown and tourist areas, that stretch of Rainbow Blvd is a bit skeevy, so you may not want to.

But it’s like a motel, not Marriott standard. I can’t see staff at the reception most of the times, the breakfast serving staff are awful and the food is very poor. They finish breakfast time at 9am, and the staff would start wrapping up before that time, and were quite rude. The price doesn’t reflect quality and I won’t stay here again

The main reason we booked this hotel was because of the pool and free breakfast. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was out of order. While they were nice enough to let us use their neighbors pool it was still inconvenient as we have a 1 year old

Just ok, location a little farther from the falls than described. Neighborhood appeared run down.

Average, better than nothing.

Bank put a hold on our card because we were out of state. Front desk staff wasn't exactly understanding and willing to waive the deposit for incidentals. Location, not really a walk to the falls, sketchy neighborhood and area.

Stressful and not worth the money.

Location is reasonable and 18months walk to Niagara Park.

The Property is not at par to Marriott standards, we were disappointed to note that house keeping and room cleaning / makeup service was offered every alternate day. We stayed two nights and rooms were not cleaned or make up even once. The hotel is short of manpower and the staff seems stressed resulting in rude behavior, our simple request to provide fresh towels took 3 reminders and over 2hours. When we enquired, it was informed that the house keeping staff is busy servicing other customers and we should get down to reception for collecting towels. Won’t be returning to this place again.
